Setting your appointment schedule in accordance with the 7-14-21 day immune cycles. If this is violated, it is too easy to create an autoimmune disease you might otherwise have never had.
This concerns me alot. I have a feeling i bet not touh my amagalms as I may cause more permanent damage.

I have heard of this before. Have to tell you, though, that I didn't know about it when I had my amalgams removed and it didn't seem to affect me a bit. To be truthful, though, I haven't studied the theory much, so I can't say definitively that it is correct or not. I'm not sure that I would hold back my amalgam removal because of it. My recovery has been mostly uphill.

Years ago, I would not have believed it, but this cycle—which extends even to 21 days or more—is very real.
Both Laura and I have noticed that there are days that we both feel very run down at the same time. We immediately try to remember what we did 7, 14, or 21 days ago, and nearly always, we were working together on a project that was physically difficult in some way. It's just like clockwork.
There is even a 24-hour cycle. Actually for me, it's 22 hours. It works like this.
I sometimes have tea or something with caffeine in it (bad, I know). Exactly 22 hours later, if I don't have more of the same, I will get withdrawal symptoms.
I have also noticed that not all teas are the same. If I have a black tea and then feel withdrawal 22 hours later and try to relieve the bad feelings with a green tea, it won't work. However, if I use a black tea, the symptoms go away with just a couple sips.
Truly amazing when you start paying attention.
