OK, I'll give you a rundown of my event because i am doing it today... big feast tomorrow and I don't want to ruin it so today is the day... last night about 9pm I took about a teaspoon or more of walnut hull tincture with water... nothing more, probably didn't eat after that either, maybe had some chips later...

Today... not very hungry and busy so a good day to take a few minutes to kill some parasites... I mashed up about 3/4 teaspoon of cloves an hour ago and washed that down with water, not sure my cloves are any good but I keep doing it anyway... ten minutes ago I put about a teaspoon and a half again of walnut hull tincture into about a cup and a half of water and drank that... some phone calls to make so i'll sip water while doing that and get you updated a bit later for the exact routine today... I will probably chew on some papaya and seeds in about 10-20 minutes too...

oh yeah, fat cat came home... must have got scared off by a possum or something last night and was hiding all night.

well that didn't happen, sorry, too busy I guess.

but anyway, about two hours after that post above I made some cilantro pesto (some parsley in there) real quick and that was dinner for me, heavy duty garlic, 5 big cloves in there.. papaya w/seeds plus pinapple for dessert.. plus some yummy apple cake later... drank water and cider all evening.

and more running to get stuff done.

zzzz.. to tired to go on but pretty much that's the routine on one of my parasite days. I'll eat some more cloves in a bit and then fall over till morning.

No issues, feel fine.

No visible creepy crawlies in the bm this morn, major bm, thank you pineapple and pumpkin seeds.

Chances are good I'm pretty clean by now and won't see anymore critters till the next liver flush, scheduled for week after next. And that will be the end of this parasite cleanse/liver flush episode for a while.

nice metal smell to the bm though, thank you cilantro and garlic.

I feel real good btw.

“I am on a roll here” – good, that’s excellent

I love reading yr posts. You are doing so many cool different things to get better. Pumpkins pies, pumpkin seeds, garlic, pesto, black walnut hull, special potions and concoctions. You have taken control of yr own health which is just what I have done.

One thing I can’t stand is when people come on these forums moaning and groaning about their woes, then doing nothing with what they pick up here. They expect to find a magic bullet, and for that to be able to turn around their sorry lives, to right all the multiple wrongs they been doing for their whole lives.
What is needed is education and multiple techniques to be tried and to keep on trying them until the turn around comes. Sadly most people will never get it.

Re pumpkin seeds, I soak them overnight in salted water, then bake on ultra low heat, like 60 deg, for 12-24 hours. Yummy. I can’t eat too many as they stir up my bugs too much, but I have a very small hand full every day.

Can’t say I get that spring cleaning feeling very often, but I know what you mean. Sometime I just have to re-sort my CD collection. I have 800 or so. Get them all out, put them all back in the right order. I always find old forgotten CD’s, takes me back to the good old days;-) I love music, make me happy, relaxes me, makes me dance ;-) yeah I’m a musical man all right.

My parasite cleanse has been ordered. They sent me an email, saying it had been hand made to order and was in the post. I cannot handle garlic so they left that out. I’m so excited about this cleanse because last time was so exciting. Yes, it hurt, yes I had a healing crisis, but when it passed I was a new man.

Check out the ingredients: WORMWOOD, CLOVES, THYME, fennel, cayanne, ginger, gentian, hyssop, milk thistle, marshmallow root, pau d’arco, burdock, elecampane, fenugreek, licorice, barberry, cascara sagrada, senna, sage, psyllium, yellow dock, cramp bark, peppermint.

Have you tried Pau D’arco tea? Really good parasite killers, but again for me I can’t take because stirs them up too much, but they too tough to kill with just that. So I gotta go all out attack with the above herbs. 1 month I will be taking them, twice a day. By the end of the month by whole body will be saturated with the herbs and there will be nowhere for the bugs to hide!

I love pineapple. One day I ate a whole pineapple. Was lovely. I had the worse heartburn after that, really bad, lasted weeks too. Now I only ever eat it in small doses. scares me now……ho hum

“Egads” what a strange word? Never heard of that before, I had to look it up. I like learning new words.

Welcome home Fat cat!

No reaction after all the parasite attacking you doing…………………Happy dayz! Happy happy dayz indeed!…..that means it worked! That means you have cleared yourself out of most of those buggers. That’s really cool. No hospital or regular doctor could have done that for you. Congratulations! I know you have been feeling better recently anyway and now u feeling “real good”, it must be down to all the bug killing u been doing……..seriously double and triple well done!

Yes….i’m looking forward to killing my bugs! 21 days to go before I start slaughtering.

Today is my daughters 7th birthday party, we have arranged a swimming pool party at the local pool. This morning we woke up to clear blue skies and the heaviest frost of the season. Minus 5 last night. Very cold. But my new heating is working just fine. My new front door arrived yesterday. Great big wide solid oak, absolutely beautiful that door is. And the posts for the porch arrived too. They are almost 1 foot square…absolutely massive. They are really heavy. They will outlast me, my daughter, my daughters children and probably my daughters daughters children too. They are fresh and new oak, but over the next 100 years they will gradually turn to black as they age

I’m gonna have another Epsom salt bath now then up to the farmers market to get some organic grub.

For breakfast this morning I had 2 cocomacapump cookies, 3 spelt pancakes (spelt soaked overnight in water and lemon juice) with cinnamon, nutmeg, maca and banana’s on top, 3 slices of rye and caraway toast with lashings of butter and a dance around the kitchen with my little girl

Blood sugar balance? Don’t really know. I don’t crave sweets. Bread I get a bit cravy, but I don’t eat wheat, usually rye or caraway. I don’t drink regular tea, nor coffee. I don’t crash after meals. But if I miss meals or am late I do feel weak and weary. Missing a meal is not an option for me.

I “think” I have regular hypoglycaemia, which is held in check due to avoiding all the usual problem foods.
I “think” this is something to do with Adrenals, which is currently being investigated.

U know I went to see the local quack the other day? He did a load of blood tests. The Doc called me on my mobile two days later to see if I was alright! See if I wanted to book an earlier appointment! This is the NHS here, I didn’t know they did calls! He said on the phone something about blood sugar not being right and was I sure I was ok? Nice that he called, but something must have spooked him.
Appointment is this Thursday. What a joy that will be; Health Freak V Western Quack!

Why?

Well, happy birthday!

What kind of organic grub do they sell at the farmer's market this time of year? We have a little local market but fresh produce stopped coming in several weeka ago.

I'd be real careful about the NHS doc. I'd stay away from any prescription meds. there are herbal things to treat high blood sugar, or low, whatever. But I'd have a real hard time following the advice of any pill happy doctor these days. I don't think there is a single prescription med out there without adverse side effects. Plus, aluminun is a common additive to sythentic drugs. Junk medicine. If I we're seeing a doc like that and he inisited, i'd take the prescription and even fill it but i wouldn't take the meds unless my life really depended on it.

I know there are nutrition/herbal things to treat that, can't remember them off the top of my head, but there are and they work really well.

You can rub linseed oil into the oak to keep it from staining so quickly. Do it a few times, let it dry a few days in between. Don;t use a water base finsih on oak, I made that mistake once, it yellows it right away, looks like a dog peed on it...and do not use a polyurethane finish either because it will peel within a few years outside. It'll flake off and look terrible. I used to be pretty handy around the house, made every mistake at least once. There's another oil for that too, forget what it is though. been years since I've done that. Throw your linseed oil rags into an UNCOVERED pail outside, they can catch fire if tossed into a covered garbage can while still drying. It happens all the time to painters so please don't do that in your pretty house.

I need to get some really nice frames made. I took some stuff into a shop nearby and they ruined some drawings, wrinkled them and the frames look so common. So off the shelf. I am going to enlist the aid of an old timer I think. Something rough and raw like wormy chestnut would be gorgeous. Hard to find though. We do have plenty of black wlanut around. I usually burn the oak in the fireplace.

Yeah, still feeling good too. No more wormwood here. Did I tell you I got massive foghead from that packaged cleanse? I probably didn't want to discuss it. i haven't had a bout of foghead in probably 3 months but I did get one just 3 days into a wormwood containing cleanse.

You get rid of the shoulder aches/backaches how?

how did the zapper go after a few days?

Moaning and groaning is not good. But I have done it, not relentlessly though. There are days, early on into a chelation thing, that you have no choice. My first 4-6 weeks of IV chelation were complete hell. If it weren't for the smiling faces and testimonies of the people at the clinic where I went, I probably would not have suffered through it. I am very very glad I did though. I really appreciated their encouragement.

I am on heavy duty vitamins/minerals this week I think. I have shunned them for the most part all month but will do a round now. I feel real good, not perfect... but still I think all the cleansing has drained me a bit. A bit more of that this week too, a few strong days in a row I think, and then my last liver cleanse any day.. I can do that anytime after Thursday/Friday.

and then, my gosh, I think I am done for 6 months and then it'll be pretty light. I think I'll do a yearly bigge from now on though, as long as i can get me some fresh black walnuts with skin on.

i really should make that and sell it. I could probably get $20.00 a bottle just locally. My last business venture really snowballed on me and left me no time for anything else thing so I don;t know... I'll think about it. I could just make a little bit and sell it for double that as an uncommon fresh off the tree item I suppose. I think everyone I know has worms.

I really do think Hulda Clark is right Sunshine. So many illnesses are really caused by parasites and worms. No wonder she was banished to Mexico. So many doctors love to treat the illnesses but not the worms. Big bucks there for their beamers.

One time I caught a fish, a bass, in a pond... I never eat bass, hate the taste, worst tasting fish in my book, like mud, i hate them. But I caught this one and I filleted it... and this fish.. it had worms like crazy. they were crawling through this fish left and right, in the flesh, not just in the stomach. It was so gross. I have never seen anything like that ever. But the thing is, this fish, it looked as healthy as can be from the outside.

I will never forget that.

Hi Sos, thanks for the warning about regular doc’s. I am acutely aware of there uselessness. A great big part of why I am so sick(ho ho ho) is because regular doctors failed to diagnose me with anything. They just said it was life and to get on with it. Chill out, de-stress, relax, take it easy. All the bloody organs of my body are screwed….how could they miss all that! Makes me real angry that…..how could they miss all those bloody symptoms! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Always gets my goat when I think about bloody regular docs.

But I have not seen a Doctor in the last year, I have learned a real lot in that time, and the more I figure out the better, if this doc can help me understand whats happening to me some more….thats cool, and that’s what I want. I think it unlikely I will ever take any prescription meds again, but who knows what the future holds for me? Time will tell.

Yes, oak will be oiled. Can’t remember which oil, but it will be oiled.

Moaning and groaning is fine. I do that plenty. Its moaning and groaning and not doing anything with the advice given; makes me shake my head in frustration.

I have had real bad shoulder pains, ever since I took that bloody clarkia parasite cleanse. Only 5 drops. I think I had some parasites re-distribute. They just will not shift. My shoulders always hurt, as if someone has stabbed me between the shoulder blades. I have been to the osteopath every week for 5 weeks now and its not that.

Hulda clark says its gallstones stuck in the bile duct. To test if this is so, do an Epsom salt flush, which I did, if the pain goes away, then its gallstones stuck in the bile duct. My pain went away, so I have gallstones and I need to do a liver flush.

My shoulder also react whenever I eat parasite killing foods, pumpkins seeds, coconut oil.

So I have parasites and gallstones giving me hell. I can’t do a flush until I have done a parasite cleanse. I can’t do a parasite cleanse until 3 months is past from my last parasite cleanse.

Liver flushing is against the cutler protocol, but I have done 9 this year and I did not die, so I will “probably” do a flush after the parasite cleanse.

Note: I will also do a 1 month bowel cleanse at the same time as the 1 month parasite cleanse.

So, anyway…..shoulder pain. Giving me hell now, but I can’t do anything about it until 15th dec when parasite cleanse is due to launch. What to do in the mean time?

Oh yeah, I forgot my BM’s going a bit light colored, which is also a sign for bunged up bile duct.

Apple cider vinegar to the rescue. I had about 3-4 big tablespoons of that each morning for that last few days. Makes me jitter and judder like a freak when I drink it down LOL. Shoulder pain is less, BM’s are darker. Cool! Not cured, but a bit less painful. A good experiment.

These are the reasons I’m so looking forward to the parasite cleanse.

Why don’t I just start doing these things now anyway? Because that’s what I did when I rushed in a got my first amalgam removed with no protection. Stupid stupid stupid. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if only…………………..

Oh well too late now

Zapper: yes, I think that also helped. I did it twice in two days, at the same time as the ACV and I think it helped. I did have some lower back pain before too, but that, touch wood, is behaving itself for now.

Hi Sunshine,
I wondered about your blood sugar balance because of the post before, where you listed what you had eaten for breakfast.
It was really high glycaemic load. All of those foods together would raise your blood sugar level significantly.
I have a tendency towards hypoglycaemia too but can keep it in check by eating small regular meals/snacks but also with careful combining like say for example an apple with a handfull of pumpkin seeds will keep your blood sugar steady for longer than an apple on it's own.And the kind of fruit you choose is important too, apples, pears, plums are way lower glycaemic load than others like bananas, oranges, and grapes are like rocket fuel!So it's better not to have too many of these
if you hypoglycaemic, but I grab something like that quick if I have a hypoglycaemic episode,it's such a frightening experience. But it has not happened me in a long time thanks to this way of eating/being aware of food effects...

This amazed me when I first read it but for example

10 raisins has the same effect on your blood sugar levels as 1 whole punnet of strawberries.

An example of a meal could be 1 quater of a plate of brown basmati rice ,with 1 quater protein(ex.organic chicken breast)
and half vegetables/salad.

I recommend reading
"The Optimum Nutrition Bible"by Patrick Holford or 1 of his cookbook like "The Low GL Cookbook"

I nearly lost consciousness a number of times over the years, then with the help of a nutritionist figured it out,I was getting the low blood sugar, thought I was dying,
thanks to the optimum diet I am still here &on no drugs, thankfully.

I am glad I read these books because the doctor had advised me to drink a litre of coca-cola every day.
If I had taken his advice I may not be here now.
Be warned he is still out there somewhere

Could be adrenals like you mentioned, mine came up on the last hairtests ,I'm getting more done, now waiting for results this week,Even if it's adrenal problems ,blood sugar can still be kept mostly in order with diet. And like SoS says with herbs etc.
Licorice is supposed to be a good blood sugar balancer.

Sunshine, I personally don't like to mix too many herbs together as a 'concoction'. Because then I am not sure if 'the main item' is really working, and second, the various oils and chemicals in the herbs can sometimes be counteracted by each other. So I do certain things at certain times.

Yesterday was a weird day, all the joints in my body were aching for about 3-4 hours, not bad but I was wondering what was going on because i have never experienced that except when I was real sick last winter. This is what I think was happening, because it went straight away and I felt real good after and still feel fine, not achy at all today. I feel rather strong even, which is good. We are doing cloves, about a full teaspoon, every other day now, that's more than we usually take. So Friday was clove day, and later in the evening I took about a teaspoon of black walnut hull in water before bed. About an hour after eating the cloves I felt a really nice cool, kind pf pepperminty cool sensation throughout my body for a few minutes, it was pretty neat. So maybe the cloves are working. Then in the morning I took about a teaspoon and a half of walnut tincture again. That's a lot of black walnut within 24 hours. I had eggs and toast for breakfast an hour later, and ate some papaya with seeds and then some pineapple with that.

I started getting achy a couple hours later, joint achy, weird, shoulders knees, wrists, even some bones hurt just a tad. I think Sunshine that yesterday the black walnut hull was strong enough it got something, maybe a fungus, who knows, something in my joints and blood. Because a few hours later I felt just fine again, better even, because my shoulders had been a bit achy from using the chainsaw last week and that went away finally too. I used to able to use the chainsaw nonstop for 4-5 days before getting achy prior to the mercury poisoning incident. Now it seems I get achy after just a few hours. But really, I think it's not my muscles as much as some little bug I may have picked up from being sick. I did take a bunch of vitamins/minerals later in the day too.

If I had consistent shoulder aches/muscle aches, I would take first off some calcium and magnesium, and I would also take feverfew.

I would not take too much vitamin C that day. Vitamin C can actually increase muscle aches/headaches. A hormone that your body makes, prostaglandin, can actually increase body aches and inflammation. Vitamin C helps your body increase production of that hormone. Feverfew works to help your body regulate, or decrease production of that hormone, prostaglandin. So using both together may not be beneficial. Not harmful, but you may not get the desired results.

My daughter gets wicked awful menstrual cramps from time to time. Last time was the worst. I had her doing some mega C because she was sniffly, had a cough, earlier in the month. Sure enough, massive cramps. I brought her home from school crying. But, she got relief within 2 hours by taking a low dose of magnesium and calcium, and a few leaves of feverfew and was smiling again. 2 hours.

We do grow our own feverfew, it's a main item I use all the time. It's real strong fresh, we eat the leaves. If I were using store bought capsules, I would take double or triple the recommended dose, just once or twice within several hours the same day. If that does not help your muscle aches, then that formula will not work for you and it probably is parasitic, bad parasitic. But I would still try at least once, calcium and magnesium, and feverfew. If I got no response with that, I would then try goldenseal if I didn't reach for my newest favorite, the black walnut hull. I might use those two together. The black walnut hull tincture first, the goldenseal root extract a couple hours later. But I realize you want to wait to do parasite tending.

the feverfew is also a bit of a blood thinner btw, so don't use it in conjunction with any prescription blood thinners.

I have no experience with low blood sugar but if I stumble again upon herbs that treat that i will let you know. Sunflowers book looks like a good recommendation. I know artichokes are good for helping your body make insulin, or else they contain it.

forgot... also the cramps... I prayed for her too.

The cough and mega C... the mega C for one week didn't help her cough much.

But it left within a day or two after two days of strong echinacea tea, once per day, a double cup each time.

Hi SoS,
I used to suffer with severe menstrual cramps for years, with vomiting & the whole works,it was so severe they removed my appendix at age 12,because they could not believe it was just cramps. Then it became obvious that I did not have monthly appendicitis with no appendix.
Anyway I can sympathise with your daughter & recommend the following things,
Magnesium taken before bed each night,B vitamin complex taken in the morning because can be energising, eating healthy foods that are rich in both calcium&magnesium like nuts, seeds, dark green leaefy vegetables.
Dairy produce is only rich in calcium but not magnesium, both are needed for the muscles during the shedding of the womb's lining.
Vitamin E can help reduce the cramps.
Essential polyunsaturated oils are likely to help if the pain is associated with a heavy blood loss with a tendency to clot.
Zinc might also help.A good multimineral &
vitamin every day &essential fats every day, maybe a pinch of the grey, mineral rich seasalt and 1 quater to a half teaspoon of blackstrap molasses on the days throughout menstruation, plenty fresh organic vegetables & animal protein if possible especially the week before menstruation. But not
too much red meat or dairy produce because these high-fat foods can interfere with prostaglandin balance, which controls blood thickness.

And to get through the cramps a hot water bottle ,maybe two,one on the front ,one at the lower back or wherever the pain, keep warm and
encourage her to breathe through her nose,
sipping camomile tea might help, that helped me greatly,
and trying to relax the body, tensing it or doubling over trying to fight it doubled the pain.

Sometimes the monthly cramps can be from oestrogen dominence, and lack of progesterone.
There are saliva tests for this.I wish I knew all this back then.
I was offered pain killers each month & on one occasion was given an emergency injection of morphine,my mam drove me home I was singing, telling her how much I loved her all the way home...

I was having some problems with low blood sugar for awhile when my h-pylori was raging. It is somewhat better but i still get the shakes if I go too long without eating. I have also been taking licorice pills for 7 months so this has probably helped a whole lot.
I also have problems monthly, I don't know if you could call it cramps....it's not like any cramps i have ever experienced. Hurts like hell though. That all started when the h-pylori came about. Worse pain i have ever felt, nothing like cramps I have experienced in the past. I have read alot on the liver and how when it gets overloaded and can't keep up it will dump the excess toxins in the lower abdomen area. I have been doing the castor oil packs in hopes that this will help with the pain I go through every month. I have only done it 7 times so far and I see a little relief so I will continue for awhile to see if it helps a little more. I am due my next parasite cleanse in December and then I will try the liver flush. I was scared to do this flush so I wanted to try the castor oil packs hoping it will make the liver flush a little easier, I hope!!! LOL I am so scared of something going wrong and ending up in the hospital under some incompetent knife hacking quack. They really scare the hell out of me! Anyways if you have any suggestions on the monthly thing would be glad to hear it.

No need to fear the liver flush. The worst part of it is it's messy, the epsom salts make you run to the bathroom quite a bit. The hardest part is cleaning the toilet the next day. But you'll feel great when it's over. Everyone here who has done it says the same thing. Including me. I am set for my 3rd and last one for a while at the end of this week. Nice thing is it's gets rid of all the dead parasites from your cleanses too. .. really unclogs your system.

The calcium/magnesium with feverfew really does the trick for my daughter, she's 13. She's in the midst of a parasite cleanse now too and if I'm lucky I'll be able to convince her to bear with a liver cleanse downline as well. She's quite healthy, just maintenance in her case. She does take vitamins, and iodine. Not everyday but regularly, a few times a week. We have been using himalayan sea salt since about last January, we've used sea salt of other types for years. She really likes the flavor of the himalayan salt so that's not a problem. We always eat organic, grow our own and bottle lots of stuff for winter. She really is quite healthy, won her school spelling bee a couple weeks ago and now she has to snatch the county prize... it's her second time around already for that so she's seasoned. I think she can make the state competition this year. There are $$$ prizes that interest her, she's old enough to know the value of ten bucks by now. Plus she's been coached pretty good by now too.

The calcium/magnesium feverfew trick is great for muscles aches/cramps. But i would leave the minerals out and just use feverfew for headaches. I read somewhere that you have to take fevefew for a full month before seeing relief from headaches, but not true. With the fresh homegrown stuff one good dose, maybe two, is all it takes. I eat feverfew about once a week, maybe twice, just a few leaves. Beats Bayer by a longshot.

Sorry you had to lose your appendix to medical stupidity sunflower. But it was probably before the days of the internet too when we could share and scope out all this great herbal info too. Like, i have balck walnut tress left and right up here and never knew till last year when i researched it on the net that they were good for deworming. I did that because one of my daughter's friends had a bad bad case of worms last year and had to see a doctor for it. I figured we probably all have it and better get serious about dealing with stuff like that. The liver flush is probably good for your appendix too I think. I always take the goldenseal root extract after the liver flushes to get rid of bacteria that comes out with the stones.

My last monthly was the mildest i've had in years. I can only attribute it to the parasite cleanses and liver flush. I used to get cramps in my legs of all places and didn't even experience that this time. That's a first in many years. When I did the first liver flush I felt that thigh/upper leg muscle cramping for about an hour or two, which was weird to get it at the wrong time of the month, and then I haven't had it since, that was almost 6-7 weeks ago now. I had gotten that every month for at least 4-5 years, real tired crampy legs for about 2 days. Weird to think that your liver affects your legs but apparently.

In some of the parasite info I read, it was saying that pinworms, which are very very common, can actually cause female problems. The worms I expelled did look like pinworms. I have a funny feeling my daughter may have picked it up too, but we'll take care of it. She has a couple friends that I think have bad wormy problems, one of them she sleeps over at her house and they sleep together in the same bed, yuck, good way to catch parasites and who knows what else. I think she's done with that for now though, she read the parasite info too and has not bothered to argue the facts. She takes her black walnut hull and cloves without complaint. There's a link to parasite info in this thread up above, the parasite photo gallery.

We may have lost sunshine in this conversation somewhere by now but that should be enough to get his attention and urge him to get his wife onto the parasite cleanse too.

What else is weird, i got the same achy bones/joints sensation for a bit last night after taking cloves, then walnut hull several hours later. Only for a bit, it's gone already. But I took some minerals with iron the other day... that is the very first time in a long time that I have taken an iron supplement, which i take rarely but now and then, but anyway it's the first time in a long time that i have taken iron and not gotten a headache afterward. I think even my joints and bones are cleaned out by now, they actually sort of feel that way, we'll see I guess. I betcha I had a lot of mercury seep in there and it probably dragged some bacteria in with it.

So that's interesting. I am finished with my whole hog parasite cleanse in a couple days. I have been eating black walnut hull for weeks. It makes me feel so good I don't want to let up but i think it's time. What a blessing, the walnut hull. I think it takes care of so many things. I am going to make carrot/walnut cakes with the nuts.

Yes I saw those lovely gallery pictures the other day.
digusting looking with the big teeth,
It's possible or even probable I have something,I dabble in a bit of gardening when I can and have slug visitors at the kitchen door on occasion...I read they are carriers & I have found them in as far as the room where my son plays on the floor. So we'll both have some cleaning out to do.
I am procrastinating at the moment, really don't want to deal with it yet,but am reading the threads, although maybe that's not a good idea as it sounds horrible.
But worth it in the end.
Is it an ongoing battle with the parasites?I guess it's survival of the fittest, you have to defeat them, become stronger &try your best not to let any more invaders attack?

I think it is an ongoing battle. we'll be doing 2 parasite cleanses a year from now on I think, one light one at 6 months, then a heavy duty in the fall again, after summer and barefeet etc...when the walnuts are ready again.

slugs love beer. If you put a dish of it near the foundation of the house they will get in there, get drunk, and drown. Honey or sugar water may work too. A little dish so it's easy for them to climb in.

I use boric acid aroudn in places in the house, works real well... if bugs come in and start dropping eggs the larvae crawl through some boric acid and die. We rarely have a bug in here. I always put it on the thresholds, in hallways, sweep it under baseboards. I mix it with sugar water to keep ants away in summer. works like a charm, doesn't even bother the cats. Don't sprinkle it on the cats though, that could make them sick. My daughter crawled on many a boric acid filled rug as a baby, without side effects. It's a chemical yeah, but sometimes I think compromising to the lesser of evils is a good idea. The bugs and what they carry are much worse if one bites you.

Try the black walnut hull tincture for an affordable easy way to get rid of lots of things in your system, parasites, fungus, yeast... the list goes on. Only cloves will kill parasite egggs though, so they say. Which is why we eat cloves too.

All the parasite cleanse packaged stuff says you need to alter your diet... I didn't do that, maybe just not drinking as much milk but i am not a big milk drinker to begin with... I have still been eating yogurt a little, and fruit i love fruit... and the black walnut hull stull works wonders. I probably do twice as much as they recommend though. Doesn't bother me, works well. It's an indian herbal medicaine... i figure the indians probably didn't change their diets so why should I. I also figure they probably ate a lot more than just a few drops a day when needed too.

When all is done next week i am going to be sipping echinacea tea for a few days to get my immune system buzzing along and hopefully clean up any leftovers on it's own. Should be an easy task by now.

The fresh walnut hull, untinctured, the green rind part all by itself, is A LOT stronger than the tincture btw. The reknown of black walnut hull comes from that fresh hull, not tincture, which is why I have been using a lot of tincture, not just the little bits few drops OTC parasite cleanses recommend. I expelled visble worms after eating fresh hull just twice. Using the drops or teaspoonfuls every week is a bit slower than I wanted to go and I know the difference between fresh and tincture by now.

It's obviously ok to use lots of tincture, I am still walking feeling real good, better than before. A teaspoon everyday for a few days, then a break for a couple days, and then keep going like that. Every now and then I would do 2 teaspoons in each dose (with water) for a couple days.

After a week or 2 of that you see stuff in your bm now and then still, or stuff you cough up even, but it's well dead, kind of green yellow or brown colored by then, stained that color from absorbing the walnut hull.

and your skin should look and feel real good after a few weeks too. I think the liver cleanses help with that a lot also.

can't possibly be pinworms actually because I'd have an itchy butt.

My butt is not that itchy... not all the time anyway.

so I am in my last parasite cleanse days here Sunshine.. oh I read today somewhere that tapeworms can cause low blood sugar... maybe I have a tapeworm too people have said that to me for years... i eat so much and stay so thin... maybe it's one of those God things... a hint from the divine thoughtspace I should have taken a good few years ago...

but anyway I am in my last few days here... and I am whamming them!! Whatever they are. Big doses, and I even got brave enough to add just a little bit of the wormwood formula... it made me fall asleep though... but I did work all day so that is probably ok.

Look at this one item on my wormwood OTC cleanse package... Cape aloe.. in the capsule! aloe in a capsule... that cannot possibly be worth much.

So I cut a big chunk off the aloe plant and ate that for an extra added attraction.

About halfway through being real sick... like in about February or March i noticed this pinching sensation in my side... probably critters proliferating and sucking my blood there because the heavy duty parasite cleansing has made it go away finally. I hope it stays away.

I do seem to be decended from tapewormy ancestry according to my research. And my grandmother did die from an intestinal blockage (read - tapeworm -BIG).

I suppose anything is possible. I will make a point of staying away from sailors in the future too. Now at least I know what all those big distended bellies around really are. I just always thought everyone was fat. At least mine never got to that stage.

The only thing I am ever going to eat in a restaurant again is ... BEER!

Aaaaah been busy at work this week, plus a little bit o mercury re-distribution yesterday too after round 3 of DMSA making me feel a bit pikey, and way behind reading posts.
BM’s gone a bit stinky too, don’t know why, but I got flaky stinky nastiness happening right now. I will not go into anymore for detail than that, but unpleasant stuff happenin’

Sos: I’m overjoyed you having so much fun and success killing so many of the bugs that have been roosting in ya gizzards. It brings back fond memories of my killing days….ahhhhhh! I can tell you are enjoying the ride. All your weird and wonderful aches and pains are all parasite related. You are having major die-off symptoms and they should be embraced for what they are. Killing those uninvited house guests is leading you to better health…………………Happy dayz.

Skieslimit: liver flushing is a wonderful experience. The healing sensation you feel afterwards is amazing. Follow the rules and u will be fine. Parasite cleansing beforehand will make your flushes smooth and easy…….

Parasite cleanse for my beautiful wife is not on the cards at the moment for a couple of interesting reasons, but I look forwards to mine with a vengeance…..19 days to go, then I too will give u a running commentary…..

Oh look, I figured out the picture posty thingy. Heres my new oak posts and heres my new oak front door

them are rough looking posts, but sand 'em a bit and oil, yu know the routine, they;ll look great.

pretty hands. nice door.

I think I am becoming seriously well. One more heavy duty parasite day and then straight into one more liver cleanse.

I feel great. Do you think I should do one extra heavy duty parasite dy before the liver cleanse just to be sure? the pinchy side really just went away a couple days ago and that was what i was waiting for... I think I had some little bugger biting me there really I do. What would you do? Lay off or go one or two extra heavy heavy duty days to make sure the darn whatever is dead?

Is that a circa 1935 semi automatic machine gun barrel?

Them big posts make the thread a bit difficult to comprehend i admit. My monitor dpi is pretty high, i'd hate to view them in 600x800.

Here's another old santa claus diddy. These are a full 17 or 18 years old. I think I have a better copy of this one somewhere but not on this machine.

I actually never let my own kid believe in santa claus. Kind of puts a damper on the divine thoughtspace relationship..

The cats are doing great on the walnut hull. I did resort to forcing them to take it via eyedropper, they are at twice daily by now. I gave them some of the wormwood tincture in it tonight. Little cat is climbing all over everything maybe I gave her too much, she did get a double dose.

She'll be ok in the morning.

I'm watching this weird thing on ABC news nightline, weird things people do in their sleep. This is really weird maybe they'll have the video at their website. Good thing I sleep like a log, it looks dangerous. My older sister used to walk in her sleep. i always thought she was possessed.

Sos, the parasite killing is going very well. You are becoming seriously well! I’d say “I love the smell of napalm in the morning” and keep on going for it. The big guns are out, so keep pounding away. Listen to your body, if I wants more give it more. Remember I’m a friend not a parasite expert. You should “feel” or “know” when you have had enough and need a break. Listen real good to your body because it will tell you.

I know what you going through, ‘cause that’s what I did with the cat experiment and my parasite cleanse…..i’d go for it now, hard and fast.

If I where you, I would plan to have a break at some point too. That is important to stop any resistant buggers becoming resistant.

Can I just say………………congratulations Sos! Really seriously double triple congratulations. Who would have thought so much misery could be caused by something so invisible and hidden away…

I am smiling and dancing at your success!

I got lots of toxic buddies here, but now I got a healing buddy too!

If anyone else is reading this………………..here are two people that have benefited tremendously from parasite cleansing. It turned my life around and Sos seems to be having some seriously good days recently because of this. You know who you are!

Eyedroping the cats black walnut hull! You having a laugh???

I don’t what TV. The odd DVD maybe, but the news just depresses me. same old $hit everynight.

Sunday I was working in the garden clearing away the leaves again. Working quiet hard, working up a little sweat. I been feeling pretty good recently so a bit of physical exercise is good for me. its been a long time since I was able to work up a sweat.

I overdid it a little. All of a sudden my heart started racing away like crazy. Really going for it, thud, thud thud….i had to stop and rest. So I sat for a moment on my garden bench and tried to relax and just let it gently calm down. It did not, my heart just hammered away like crazy. After about a couple of minutes, nothing changed, my heart was still racing. Was pretty unpleasant.

…..so I thought I would ask the Lord for forgiveness, ask him to slow my racing heart down……opppp!....no sorry…typo

…..so I thought I would use and old Jedi mind trick to slow my racing heart down…..opppps!.....no sorry…..typo

…..so I thought I would try my Alexander Technique to slow my heart down so I thought this….”Imagine you are lying down doing Alex T” and in the time it took to think that one thought my heart immediately stopped racing and was instantly slow, regular and calm! It was like flicking a switch in me….WOW!

LOL, I promise you it happened as quick as thinking that one thought ”Imagine you are lying down doing Alex T” . Hahahaha….I love Alexander Technique. Sometimes it feels like I really do have the force on my side!

I look forward to telling my Alex T teacher!

And…………………..i bought myself some “Essiac tea”

Gonna give that a bash, see what happens!

Burdock Root - cut and sifted - (these are the big pieces in the dry tea blend), Sheep Sorrel powder, Slippery Elm (inner bark) powder and Turkish Rhubarb Root powder. The Sheep Sorrel is the primary healing herb in the tea. The others support blood cleansing and elimination of toxins. This 4 herb blend is all that is needed. There are versions of this formula that include 8 herbs. The other 4 herbs are for small support only (and are in very tiny amounts) and are not necessary.

The therapeutic benefits of essiac tea is as follows :
1 - Prevents the buildup of excess fatty deposits in artery walls,
heart, kidney and liver.
2- Regulates cholesterol levels by transforming sugar and fat into
energy.
3- Destroys parasites in the digestive system and throughout the body.
4- Counteracts the effects of aluminum, lead and mercury poisoning.
5- Strengthens and tightens muscles, organs and tissues.
6- Makes bones, joints, ligaments, lungs, and membranes strong and
flexible, less vulnerable to stress or stress injuries.
7- Nourishes and stimulates the brain and nervous system.
8- Promotes the absorption of fluids in the tissues.
9- Removes toxic accumulations in the fat, lymph, bone marrow,
bladder, and alimentary canals.
10- Neutralizes acids, absorbs toxins in the bowel, and eliminates
both.
11- Clears the respiratory channels by dissolving and expelling mucus.
12- Relieves the liver of its burden of detoxification by converting
fatty toxins into water-soluble substances that can then be easily
eliminated through the kidneys.
13- Assists the liver to produce lecithin, which forms part of the
myelin sheath, a white fatty material the encloses nerve fibers.
14- Reduces, perhaps eliminates, heavy metal deposits in tissues
(especially those surronding the joints) to reduce inflammation and stiffness.
15- Improves the functions of the pancreas and spleen by increasing
the effectiveness of insulin.
16- Purifies the blood.
17- Increases red cell production, and keeps then from rupturing.
18- Increases the body's ability to utilize oxygen by raising the
oxygen level in the tissue cells.
19- Maintains the balance between potassium and sodium within the
body so that the fluid inside and outside each cell is regulated: in this
way, cells are nourished with nutrients and are also cleansed.
20- Converts calcium and potassium oxalates into a harmless form by
making them solvent in the urine. Regulates the amount of oxalic acid
delivered to the kidneys, thus reducing the risk of stone formation in the gall
bladder, kidneys, or urinary tract.
21- Protects against toxins entering the brain.
22- Protects the body against radiation and X-rays.
23- Relieves pain, increases the appetite, and provides more energy
along with a sense of well being.
24- Speeds up wound healing by regenerating the damaged area.
25- Increases the production of antibodies like lymphocytes and T-
cells in the thymus gland, which is the defender of our immune system.
26- Inhibits benign growths and tumors.
27- Protects the cells against free radicals.

Today, I had a half day because I had to see my daughter perform in the school play Alice in wonderland. She was Alice! She was brilliant…..

So it was light on the way home, I was amazed at the sky. I kept pointing at it saying….wow! cool! Look at that! It’s amazing! Look at those beautiful colors. Was an awesome sunset, lots of clouds dark and menacing. But boy o boy those colors looked stunning to me!

My wife said yes they look beautiful, but that’s normal

It is truly great to see beautiful things, especially for the first time. I feel like kid again when I get that amazement feeling.

Happy dayz!

I love beautiful sunsets, and sunrises. Leading lady, congratulations! Hope you took a video or photos, you'll all love that in several years.

The essiac tea looks absolutely wonderful, I will have to get some.

I don't know anything about Alexander Techniques but often when you pray you do have to wait on God, sometimes a moment, sometimes weeks, depends on the situation. Sometimes he shows up without asking because he knows danger is certain... that is actually how i got to know him when i was younger... he kept showing up, was undeniably God, or Jesus, or one of his angels... I was saved from some horrific things a few times by this incredible invisible force... warned also when going the wrong way... hmmm... one time a lightening bolt hit the ground about 25 feet from me, in the middle of s blue sky cloudless sunny day... and I do know why but I will not discuss it... got my attention for sure... other things. Which is why i have never had a problem believing in God. Because when i would try not to believe... he would show up and pretty much say.. uh uh little girl.... in his own (pretty scary sometimes because he's invisible) way. I don't know why or how some people get involved in things like witchcraft and whathaveyou, he never allowed me to do that in any depth. Which is a good thing but it took me years, about 15 years, to get comfortable with it all. far as prayers go though, he never really answered my little prayers until I knew Jesus. But he was always there when I needed him most, even though I never asked or prayed much back then. At one point I even got angry at him because it seemd everywhere I went this invisible force was with me.. I remember saying to him once even 'Can you just leave me alone please!? Everywhere I go you're there, here!' But that would have been a great mistake, i didn't realize how much he was looking after me when no one else did. He didn't leave leave, thankfully. I guess he knew my ignorance because certainly i didn't. and then after I got saved by Jesus, like my soul you know... it was like a great big rushing wind experience just like in the bible,,, but the wind went into me! And then after that i remember saying to him again another time, probably just a few months after that, 'Leave me alone!' because he was always there you know... and anyway what he did that time was he did leave, just for a few moments, and I about suffocated without him. He came back though when i started to cry. Seriously at the point I got saved I think I would have died otherwise so he has been with me, completely, since then. I have never asked him to leave again. Life is good. I am the living dead. heh. forever. What's really interesting is that i haven't aged much since i got saved in that big rushing wind way either.. I still look about 30-35 years old and guys in their mid and late twenties even try to pick me up when i go out. It's wierd. The mercury posioning put a couple years on me but they seem to be shedding away now after all this cleansing too. my hands look my age though I think, working in the garden and stuff, i am a heavy duty hand user, and a heavy duty hand washer as a result. I have been watching all my friends age horribly the past decade or so. It's depressing.

So anyway... that's my testimony for today.

I am done with my parasite cleanse!!!!!!!!! i might take one last dose of cloves and eat some pineapple today, that's it!

Liver cleanse any day... going to wait a few days I guess.

I think I gave my bod an extra hundred years.

I don't think the bugs get immune to the walnut hull or wormwood, who told you that? The 74 year old lady? The walnut hull is simply poison to them, I'm not sure anything can become immune to it.

the holy spirit has been telling me I had a little bit of a wormy problem all year... ain't that. and I didn't believe it. Just goes to show you I guess. duh me. I should know better by now.

Man what came out of me the last week with the heavy dosing I cannot relate... the past few days... sort of stopped yesterday so i really think I am done for now. Gosh i am so glad I did this. I am not afraid of dying truly but the thought of having to go through life carrying that crap around suffering the gnawing away at my flesh is not a pretty thought.

the headaches... i want to whisper.. the headaches... where did they go Sunshine? wormy head eh? No one ever wants to believe it but, well you know...

I have one last unopened little jar of black walnut hull in the freezer, that's my good stuff. real strong, made from my fast walnut hull and vodka dunk mash. Much stronger than the way Hulda recommends making it, much more effective. That's the stuff that made the extra stuff come out of me bigtime early this week. I am going to get some fresh organic cloves and just a tad of wormwood and just use those in about 3-4 months again.

My 13 year old is bearing up well on the program too. She is seriously thinking of following her course with a liver flush too. She likes the way the parasite cleanse makes her feel, i think she can also see the improvement in me. I would not be surprised at all if she passes a few stones even at her age. She gets cramps when she runs, betcha any money she's got a few little stones in there. Hulda Clark says kids can have them. I met a woman in her early twenties once who even had to be hospitalized for gall bladder surgery, major kidney stones. So it is possible.

Whispering…..yes…I know…I got them too….when I attacked them, the hairs on my head stood on end for 3 weeks…..still whispering….. My itchyness was mostly on me head….something is between my shoulder blades as well….its a leviathan maybe?….my next parasite cleanse will hopefully take them out…..

Unfortunately its just too outside the conventional way of thinking. Talking to people about parasites is like talking about vampires. No one believes it. To actually admit to actually having …….still whispering….parasites……is frankly disgusting to all those Muggles out there! You get a look like they think you should go and …..wash or something. So….yeah….whispering only….

Well done Sosick! I’m so happy things working out well for …….. for us!

I had that telephone thing today. I was thinking about someone, I said to my colleague in the office “Has Jaime called me back?” and 4 seconds later the phone rang and it was him!

Wonderful

yeah, I try to never mention people I don't like because they tend to pop out from around the corner the next instant.

eery.

I think actually it's a subtle warning when you think of stuff sometimes... it's the lord seeing it a few moments ahead of you.

You have a good connection. That's interesting. You hear him really you do. Might want to work on that. Test it. God likes when you test him rather him testing you all the time. The bible says that even... test me.. gives him a chance to reveal himself to you when he knows you are watching for him. that is the only way to really know God, through revelation, him revelaing himslef to you personally. all the bibles in the world could never really convince anyone.

be good about it though because i have gotten into some trouble there... it is probably why i got mercury poisoning even. BUT... I think I was due a lesson that landed me in a place where i could learn so much about these things... mercury.. parasites... etc... there's a reason for everything.

Starting my final hulda liver cleanse today. Have to go eat my last meal. I made ravioli stuffed with portobello muhrooms.

The force be with you, Sunshine.

You try to never mention people you don’t like because they appear?……….LOL.

Good luck on the flush. I am almost certainly going to do one in January after the parasite cleanse. Think I need to do one, even if it is against protocol.

God.

No.

It’s too late now.

The window of opportunity has passed.

I am more than happy as I am.

You know that thing with the racing heart I had, and I used the Alex T to slow it down. I ran for the train today. It did it again. The heart racing thing. I turned it off again, just as before. Last time it wasn’t until about 1 or 2 minutes after it started that I thought to try Alex T, and when I did it calmed right down.
My heart started racing as I got to the train, I tried Alex T as soon as I sat down, I was breathing hard, heart was racing hard, first attempt failed. Second attempt slowed my heart immediately down to regular pace. 10 seconds total of thinking Alex T thoughts is all it took, and was again instant. One moment racinmg heart, the next…….calm and regular.

I am stunned that I have such control over my body.
I am a little alarmed that my heart has started racing.
I assume this is due to Chelating with DMSA. Both episodes have been on rounds.

Good luck tonight.

It may be te DMSA, I really don't know though. I do know that i don't like taking too much of the stuff, don't like the way it makes me feel. Though when I was sick it did help me feel better than i ws feeling... i think, yes it did for sure.

I don't recall if I had racing heart episodes or not, palpitations for sure. I might take 25 or 50 mgs once every two weeks at most these days for those various reasons. I only use it when i can actually feel that mercury drip sensation.

I'll be hunting for fossils later. New creations, calcified in a matter of decades even.

I'll let you know if I find any golf balls, baby raptor eggs or things of that nature. I read this story where an old lady saved her gall stones in a baggie for years and years as a momento.

oh my gosh...

I woke up this morn, did my two epsom salt thingies, and then fell back asleep and I had the funniest dream.

I won't go into details but basically, I had parked my car in a not so good spot, I knew that, i was blocking another car because the lot was pretty full already and I go to wherever i am going and i end up staying a bit too long and then i get back and oooh, lots of damage to the car. Big dent in the side by the drivers door, the windshield is smashed out, the headlights are all messed up... in my dreams my car means my vehicle, always, like, my body, my body=my vehiicle... anyway so I get in and and start her up because this is a pretty good car rather sporty and I know her pretty well... and woah, like a James Bond move, the thing revs right up strong and the windshield slides up from the hood and slams back into place, the headlights sprout new covers from under the hood and beam right up.. and I am thinking wow no kidding good car, and off i go.

heh I thought that was so funny.

Those forst 3-7 weeks of chelating can be pretty rough, no way around that one. Eat feverfew, it'll keep headaches away at least. Buy some at the herbal store. it really does work. Make sure you are getting enough cod liver or fish oil.

Speaking of parasites... I was watching this program on tv a while back, lazy duhm day... and they were talking about using grey water in parts of california where thay have had major drought for years, to water gardens and stuff. Grey water is dirty, used tap water, like after you wsh the dishes or take a shower. That's fine to an extent, I actually grew some stuff doing that in Florida years ago. Not edible stuff though.

But then, but then, this young woman who is the main narrator of the piece... she goes into this next segment where she's in the bathroom, and in there she has this contraption that they poop and pee into at her house... and she is in there scooping out the poopy and saying "Yes, I know it looks a bit gross but this is great fertilizer...'

ARGGGGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

more like pinworm heaven, mercury waste dump. Don't invite me over for dinner puhleeeease. Organic veggies no kidding.

can you imagine.... if anyone ever tells me they use grey water to water their garden I am staying away. I cannot believe they televised that.

I was baptised when I was 13 years old. I wore a white suit. Everything I wore was white, even my tie, socks and handkerchief. I was completely submerged underwater in a special pool at the church. I had no special feeling when I came up for air, no thoughts of God nor Jesus, in fact I felt a bit of a fraud because I didn’t feel special after. Only reason I did this was for my Mum. She was(and still is) great, and I so wanted her to be happy with me. Unfortunately I still didn’t really get it. My younger brothers did, but not me.

I have often wondered why I didn’t, or couldn’t believe. So many do. So many feel great comfort from this way of life, including my own mother and brothers. I believe that the Christian way of life is a good way to go about things. But why don’t I believe? I was brought up to believe. I went to church all the time with the family….but why was I left behind?

Strange eh?

So many good and great things happen to me in my life too.

When I was a kid I could not read. I was really thick as a kid. Major learning difficulties. Sat at the back of the classroom and was thick. At church I was expected to read sections of the bible out loud in front of everyone. I obviously hated that because………because I could not read. I think that’s why I hated going, because the church exposed my weakness’s.

I think it is as simple as that. Fear and weakness. Our childhood experiences shape our life. Little things turn out to have giant implications later on.

A butterfly flaps her wings………

So little cat has been given a designated spot on the porch for a bit because she fights with me about the black walnut eyedrops... fact cat is easy, i think she is actually dewormed by now... but not little cat, she definitely has worms... we found some worm egss on the blanket she sleeps on and everything... I am so tired of cleaning the house... but anyway she has been living outside, a nice cozy protected area... for the past few days... last night she caught a big rat... didn't eat it thankfully, didn't even break the skin, just one drop of blood coming out the thing's mouth, but it was quite dead, i think she squeezed it real tight. About 10-11 inches long including the tail.

She is quite a hunter I guess. I didn't even know we had rats here. mice yeah, moles, but i had never seen a rat here.

someone near to prays for you sunhsine, it's quite evident. probably you mum then. There's a strong angel near you I think, that's why you get those premonitions, the angel knows, or the holy spirit is nearby even though he hasn't filled you yet.

it's a good thing, be thankful.

whisper... you will get saved someday Sunshine, that is also quite evdient. God is near for a reason. you haven't fully accepted him but probably haven't denied him either so he stays.

He loves us, that's what he does, the great big awesome father thing. he'll always be there.

Better to know him though. you need to go through Jesus for that. try asking about Jesus, you'll see. he's near, he'll answer, he always does,. There are a zillion testimonies about that, asking about Jesus and then he shows up.

pretty cool.

have a great day. clarkia.

I am already saved. I saved myself. I am very content with the way I have turned out, and especially so after the difficult start to life that I had.

Thanks for the great post about my Mums hands. Obviously I have lots of my own ideas about what it is…… and getting my Mum to do a parasite cleanse is TOP of the list. But she will need to see it from others too, so I will show her the post. It is a great big leap of faith to learn, understand then do something that she would never have believed 3 months ago if this had not happened to her. Parasites/fungus/bacteria are completely and utterly outside normal mainstream ways of life. No way can my mum take that all in. It will be a gradual process of understand for her. She will deign it first, hate me second and then hopefully accept it after the annoyance has warn off. I will have to get her to do other things first while the learning happens; change her diet, oil pulling, detox baths, clay baths was a great idea from Jinx and anything else that comes along. Maybe dry skin brushing, but I think that will hurt too much.

She also has liver spots…and guess what the cure for liver spots is……yup liver flushing…..hahahahaha…..if I can get my mum to do that…….i will be most impressed with my broking skills……lol.

“Difficult start”…….what a dumb thing to type….think I am having a difficult middle too…..

May the force be with you

hmmm... I have 'liver' spots on my hands and arms, stopping about halfway up my forearm, they get pretty dark if I am in the sun a lot with exposed arms. They weren't that way last year, i had some, not too many, but these all showed up after the mercury poisoning. I don't have them anywhere else, not a single freckle. But, I usually wear a hat if I'm outside for long in the summer sun, and why they've never showed up on my feet I have no idea. They're faded now because it's winter but they are still there, the liver cleanse didn't help that, immediately at least. and from the timing, it's pretty evident they from are the mercury, in my case anyway.

I have read that bentonite is helpful to get rid of parasites too. Never tried that though.

I have given the liver flush info to a number of women in their 50's-60's around here, they are all quite interested in that. I don't think it''l be as hard as you think.

No, for sure you will get saved, covered by the blood as they say... you'll be back here at some point evangelising everyone... if someone is praying for you that hard, he pretty much has to do it, because he said he would, if 2 or 3 ask, agree etc etc... just a matter of time. the day will definitely come.

pretty much how I got saved too, the mighty prayers of others.

Yes, the good thing is everything I will suggest to my mum, I have actually done myself, which is reassuring. I would not suggest anything I had not done. To see it from other forum members is massively important for her to understand that all this stuff is normal, it has happened to others, they tried it and it was safe. I am trying to lay the foundations for her ease of acceptance & understanding.

It’s a question of getting rid of the lumps and secondly making her understand that there is a reason this has happened in the first place. Your body should naturally fight off these things, when it fails and something takes hold like this, it is sign that something is amiss. These lumps are a signal of dis-ease. Simple life style changes are most likely the only things she needs to do. Probably a little bit of diet work. She has never drank a drop of alcohol and has been a Top Mum her whole life.

If yr liver spots do anything….let me know. I’d be very interested if the liver cleansing has any effect of them. The mercury stresses the liver, stressed liver causes liver spots. If the liver is supported and helped they should, in theory, go away. i’m sure I read that somewhere?

Had to go to lunch today at a restaurant with some clients. I ate 3 small brown bread rolls. My face is all tingly now, my hands itch and I’m real tired.

Bollocks!

Detox Bath tonight me thinks!

I read the other thread and the scabies diagnoses is probably right on.

Major house cleaning for mum too. Lots of ammonia in the laundry. Sounds like a nice Christmas present, Sunshine. Wear gloves. I'd boric acid the place but you already know that.

I keep providone iodine in the shower for an occasional top level parasite kill myself. Put some on the washcloth as you soap up, work from the head down. Iodine does kill parasites, even kills eggs. A big bottle for mum's shower also recommended.

Well, 4 or 5 days outside seems to have been good for little cat. She has to stay out a good couple weeks longer, but, she has stopped lunging and hissing at fat cat. I let fat cat out twice today to do her business and both times, little cat comes running, but not hissing anymore, and fat cat, who is very friendly and subdued, has finally had a few moments to show her a bit of affection by lovingly sniffing little cat's nose.

I think little cat has realized that fat cat is a good friend finally, she is more than just a tad lonely on the porch all night.

I really have to look up and try to find out what exactly type of worm eggs are those that come out of her butt. There was one there today too I saw when she walked by. I fear she has a tapeworm really. From what I've read tapeworms are really hard to get rid of. I have been dosing that cat with so much black walnut it really is serious...

BUT, at least I know for sure now that I don't have one because I guess I would have little worm eggs in the same place!

sorry, no photo of the cat's butt available.

Oh nice, very nice that, eggy wormy’s coming outta her butt. Lovely that. I woke up this morning sleepy and all bleary eyed, trundled in to work with my head in the clouds, turned on my PC, had a quick look on herb allure and saw yr post about eggy butt cats. Lovely! LOL, nearly made me cry that did Again

You have a good connection. That's interesting. You hear him really you do. Might want to work on that. Test it. God likes when you test him rather him testing you all the time. The bible says that even... test me. Gives him a chance to reveal himself to you when he knows you are watching for him. that is the only way to really know God, through revelation, him revealing himself to you personally.

Maybe?

Maybe it’s like my colour-blindness?

Maybe the mercury has inhibited my ability to hear?

Maybe when I detox enough mercury my ability to hear will come back, just like my color vision is coming back?

But, until that time, I’m not gonna stand around waiting to be saved. In the meantime I will continue saving myself until the time comes when I can hear again.

This is true. I have made a few technological strides toward the advancement of furthering knowledge on the Force's behalf, someone has to be the middle man. I spent a few years doing nothing but that a decade ago... I have a slew of material, just putting it to good use. It's handy.

You had better save yourself in the meantime. You are in state of getting to know the force as reality probably. It can take years, helps to lessen the impact of fear when you see him as a friend.. he's pretty awesome scary powerful way beyond human imagination. Don't ignore the help.

Just wanted to poop, ( I mean pop in) and say this thread is enlightening, brings a smile to my tight, pain ridden TMJ.

Ohh and wanted to let you know me ordered some of that humaworm, and not just for me either, but the whole family including my two skinny wormy cats that left a worm on my dd pillow. UGGGH YUCK!

I told the kids they will be getting humaworm in their Christmas stockings. Let me tell you they were thrilled

eeeeeeew.

ugly isn't it? My daughter found the eggs on the blanket at the foot of her bed, the cat got reprimanded a couple times for trying to sleep on her pillow so... hopefully... she wasn't. I never saw her on the pillow, only the one designated corner.

Kind of rough trying to deworm the one cat.. she struggles so much, the other pretty much just says yeah ok, be quick... she gets one more strong dose day and then a break... the other cat... well we'll see... I have to use an eyedropper to get onto the back of their tongues. I tried putting it in their food, couldn't see that they were getting enough, pretty much refused to eat the food...

You know, Sunshine, that is how Jesus healed the blind man. He put mud on his eye.

HI veggiemom, wish I could Humaworm the whole family. I have not had the courage to ask my wife yet about doing the cats and my daughter at the same time as I do mine. Timing is everything, but even more so now. Maybe I will ask this weekend? If we found a worm on the pillow I guess it would be easy. That is truly disgusting…. YUCK!..............on yr pillow!

No uh uh. Jesus spat in the mud and then rubbed the mud in his eye. as a parasite pro, you might come to the recent revelation about clay/parasites that i did regarding that. Maybe that is why he put the mud there, i was thinking that acouple weeks ago.. maybe the guy had an infection of some sort in his eyes/eyelids as well as being blind. Can't be sure that is the case... but it makes sense to me.

Afraid to ask the wife to do the parasite cleanse huh?... not good. She really should. at a certain point you'll be afraid to touch her much less ask her.

I showed my daughter the parasite photo gallery page... made her read the one about pinworms because those are very common, and she caved in within two minutes.

Whats to lose, everything to gain, years to her lifespan even. I would ask. I would beg.

Well….its not quiet as simple as that.

When is the only time that you cannot do a parasite cleanse?

Whwen is the only time you cannot do one? i don't know. I think you can do one anytime, why not? Unless you vare addicted to sugary sweets and eat lots of that daily, then a parasite cleanse might make you sick because you'd be feeding the enemy while trying to destroy it at the same time maybe. You know, our govt has an issue with that.

btw, my daughter is reporting no cramping, no pain whatsoever during her period after her parasite cleanse last month. That is good news. She has to do 2-3 more weeks this month, starting this week I guess. She did also eat some feverfew a couple leaves for two days in a row, and took a couple calcium/magnesium supplements, just prior to her period too. The parasite cleanse is the key though I am real sure. She's really been suffering for a few days every month for the past 4-5 months.

Yippee! Yes ma’am. 14 weeks now. Due in June

4 years we been trying for our second. Had a couple of mishaps along the way too, so its been a tense nervous couple of months. Its horrid when it does not go according to plan, the last 12 weeks have been very worrying indeed. But we are past the 10 week barrier which we could not get past before.

The second scan was great, arms and legs wiggling all over the place, a lively one for sure. Bit of a bump showing now too.

Told my Mum yesterday….we danced around the kitchen

I think next year is going to be a good year

And……

And…….

And another strange coincidence too!

The Cat experiment was a major turning point in my life. It was the point where I had finally done enough to reduce my toxic load and start healing.

On the first week of the Cat experiment nothing happened.
On the second week of the Cat experiment my turnaround happened and I started healing.
On the third week of the Cat experiment my Wife finally succeeded in getting pregnant after 4 years of trying.

LOL

Crazy eh?

Hey Sunshine
A BABY!!!! Too cool. That has really got to make all of this whole amalgam ordeal not so bad for ya now. So that really proves you are coming right along with your healing. I am so proud for ya. Well you will have some story to tell this child, she or he will probably be one heck of a fighter. Got to make you feel on top of the world. So new eyes and a new baby. Good for you.

We already have a little girl that has turned out just fine, so we both want another little girl, we know how they work, but really………………….we really don’t mind in the slightest.

Something inside me tells me we got a little boy coming. Time will tell.

Wow, that is astounding. Very happy for you. You got rid of your poisoned amalgams, you're on the road to healing and now you have a baby on the way. And to be sure, the Christmas season this year will no doubt be extra special.

Sunshine... when I was doing my parasite cleanse research and looking for a recipe for walnut hull tincture I ran into a page by hulda clark that recommended taking two big teasoons ( I took 3teaspoons a couple days ago I think, with half teaspoon of cloves) of walnut hull every two weeks, for ever pretty much to stay parasite free.

Well I did that a couple days ago... and you know how very long I ws doing the original cleanse... and sure enough Sunshine, ... score... not much but one white skinny thing a good 2-3 inches. can''t imagine what else it would be.

You can find it in her liver cleanse or parasite cleanse info, it's on the web. I think she recommends that because some of them can actually be hiding dormant in your body and then suddenly decide to come to town. Plus eggs you may have missed.

Cocomacpump! Hahahaha

Thanks Sunflower

Sos, did you take a picture? Come on! Pictures! If you don’t I will! LOL

Yes, that’s the maintenance program she does. That s why I took the bloody Clarkia stuff, but obviously I left too much time in-between my parasite cleanse and starting the maintenance, because I had major symptoms. I am still suffering from that you know. Bloody shoulders hurt all the bloody time. Ouch! I am sure it was a migration event. I blasted them so they moved elsewhere. Shoulders pain mean bile duct trouble with gallstones. So maybe liver flukes or hookworms. The book I’m reading is hardcore parasites, wow they are tricky MOFO’s

For the Clarkia you are supposed to take 10 drops in one go, once per week. (I took 5)
I did not realise Hulda said two weeks….did you keep the page number?

It is amazing that after all the attacking you have done, that they are still there and you are still killing them.

I think you are spot on to keep up the maintenance. Good thinking Batgirl! I think its great that you are never happy sitting around doing nothing! You just have to keep trying stuff…I think that is a very good quality in a person.

I must admit; I am desperate. Totally desperate. I got so many good things happening to me, that the few things that are not progressing are really annoying me. These bloody shoulders…ouch!

Anyway…….

Parasite cleanse starts Saturday!
Bowel cleanse starts Saturday!
Essiac Tea starts Saturday!

Oh yeah baby! Lots of fun and games starting then. Just in time for Chrimbo too! it’s gonna hurt me, but will hurt them more!

I will have to stop chelating with DMSA, which is a bit of a drag, but I feel the need to kill lots of bugs.

Did I tell you about the Essiac tea? I started it. I did 4 days, started low dose. Wow! That is a strong detox. My pee went really dark and smelly. My shoulder started playing up even worse than normal. This was in the middle of round 5 last weekend. It was too strong a detox, and right in the middle of a round….so I had to stop taking it. DMSA rounds and parasite cleanses do not go well together I have discovered.

This morning I saw the most wonderful sunrise. Utterly beautiful, don’t know what color it was, probably pink, but wow….the whole sky was alive with color. Made me smile all the way to work.

Oh yes………….Sos. Big meeting with my builders about my doors and posts……I have instructed them to use linseed oil as per your recommendations

I'd start with normal recommended doses of whatever paracide mixture (humaworm?) you are using Sunshine, and then after a few days add some Clarkia to the mix just once a day for a few days for the big kill. That' what i would do. I have really only seen the buggers die when you hit them hard after a few days of weakening them.

Remember the couple of posts about my bones aching? I have absolutely no iodea what that was and it only hapened for those couple of days but i must say i felt better after and that is when i noticed the excema was gone. And when I say my bones were achy.. I mean ACHY... I do not have achy bones normally so that was a real weird event. But, something went on, and I didn;t lessen my doses after that, but it was really only those couple days. Strange eh?

The Essiac tea sounds marvelous, it's on my list. I forget where i read that about doing the 2 week maintenance. all I know is that it was on a hulda clark parasite cleanse info page that i read on the web somewhere. It was probably at curezone, most every time I search hulda clark at google or wherever I end up at curezone.

Linseed is one oil they use, I do think there is another also. It has been 20 years since I've been around anyone doing that so my memory of it isn't top notch. I hate doing it, I've actually only helped with stuff like that, hardly an expert. I did use a water base finish on oak once, not my own choice some 'expert' recommended that, that was a big mistake... do not use water base anything on oak. I have painted plenty of stuff for outside over the years and also know for sure that using a sander sealer/urethane combo on outdoor oak will result in years of redundant care downline because it will flake within 3-5 short years if it's in an area that will get wet. So oil really is the only option left. You might research it on the net for a few minutes before deciding on linseed for sure though. Ther may be better oils for oak, not sure.

Some chelating while doing a parasite cleanse should not be a problem. A good combo actually. I was chelating a bit during my parasite cleanse... my handy cilantro garlic routine... i used some DMSA in there.. the parasites will release toxins... I would keep the DMSA handy. I would'nt stay on a tight schedule with it, but keep it handy. maybe just do some every couple days.

hookworms eegh. I have a funny feeling that little white cat has hookworms on top of a tapeworm. She was always biting her hind legs... haven't been paying much attention to her of late, she's outside. She is making my life difficult. She runs away when i try to give her the parasite stuff and she really needs strong doses because the tapeworm is not dying. If I cannot get rid of that tapeworm soon, if I still see the eggs on her bedding/butt next week i think I may have to take her away. She is infecting the yard otherwise. They really should have dewormed that cat before bringing her here.

Try taking a cotton swab soaked in iodine and rubbing it on your back for a few days every evening. The iodine penetrates your skin... iodine, the red stuff you buy at the pharmacy... iodine kils parasites and their eggs. I have actually drank it in the past, they say it's poisonous (but so is wormwood) but it always made me feel real good. not a lot, just a teaspoon or tablespoon in some water now and then. I am not recommending you do that but it is an item that may have helped keep me well all these years. I also used it on my daughters behind when she would get diaper rash as a baby. Works wonders for diaper rash. My daughter had a mostly very unrashy bottom because of the iodine.

Hey Sunshine
I read a whole book on essiac tea and Rene Caisse, it was called The Essiac report. I found it at a garage sale for 50 cents. Pretty good book and looks like it is a really good detox tea. Rene cured people of cancer with it for years with the govt bucking her every step of the way. But they could not stop her because she did not charge for services, she only took in donations. Anyway I have been wanting to try it myself....where did you order it from. They have it here in the health food store but it has 7 or 8 herbs in it and the one she used just had 4. I guess it would not matter, all of the herbs seem to be beneficial.
I saw you are starting parasite cleanse saturday and no chelation at that time? I was wondering myself about trying to chelate while on my parasite cleanse. Wondered if it would just be too much.

So Sick
Where did you get your iodine. Did you order it? I can't get it here. They keep telling me it's poison. Well I know this but I don't think I am gona try to kill myself with it LOL If I would have wanted to do that it would have been easier about 8 months ago, I actually am seeing a little quality of life now! Anyways since table salt is the only way we get our iodine and I was told 24 years ago to stay away from the salt because of high blood pressure....I thought maybe a tiny bit of supplementing with it could help my thyroid and my forever coldness. When I get cold I stay cold all day straight to the bone. When the weather is cold and I go out in it I feel like I have the flu, really sucks. Anyways was curious about the iodine.
Thanks Rachel

Going in for the big kill……hahahaha….cool!

What I had been planning on doing was the Clarkia at the end. Humaworm is real strong too. I had a very big reaction to it last time and now I’m adding the Essiac tea too. I can adjust the dosage of that at will, so I can ramp it up whenever I feel like it.
But yeah, as soon as humaworm finishes I will start weekly maintenance program just like you been doing.

I know exactly what you mean when you say ACHY.

Linseed oil. I got foremen, architects, painters, tilers, roofers, diggers and real proper diggers in my front garden too. I got lots of people keeping my project on the right track. Teak oil or linseed oil they said would be fine. So linseed oil is what I have asked for, but depends what the architect says. There is something special about that instinctive decision making that I like. I don’t know why that something just popped into my head, but it was first and I have learned that those first, initial thoughts are real important in life. I always take good notice of that first instinctive, “I don’t know where it came from, I just knew it” thought.

Hookworms eck! Yeah, reading my parasite book. Pictures look a little too familiar to me.

Chelating and parasite cleansing….i did that by mistake this weekend with the tea…..for me they do not go together. I really really got to try and NOT do them together. I am tempted…because I so want to do both, but I need to ……..chill…..think Alex T thoughts…..relax in my detox bath……and do one strong cleanse at a time.

Which is why I’m doing a parasite, bowel cleanse and essiac tea at the same time………doh! ….listen to me! Anyway…..note to self……do not chelate and parasite cleanse at the same time. It will hurt!

Seriously….i really don’t want to do them together. The mercury is too vicious to play round with.

Iodine….thats something to do with supporting thyroids isn’t it. yes I know you can drink it. I know you need to very slowly increase the dosage otherwise you crash or something.

I have been heavy duty investigating adrenals and thyroids recently and taking lots of action on that. Just added adrenal cortex extract (which is from cows….ooooeee)

….parasites is next on the list.

4 days to go…….oooooooo…I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it, I’m about to lose control and I think I like it……

Hi Rachel. Cross posts…they must be lucky!

I was on DMSA round 5 last weekend and did not realise the essiac tea was so strong, I got die-off reactions very quickly. Round 5 was important to do with nothing else happening because round 4 went wrong and was painful. I needed to figure out what was the right dose and timings. So I stopped the tea. I have a serious parasite problem and i know the parasite cleanse is gonna hurt me real bad, so I will try hard not to chelate at the same time. As I said before I am tempted, but for me I know it will be too much.

There was a bloke on Yahoo FDC last week that did his first round of dmsa and did a parasite cleanse at the same time………….Village! he will not make that mistake again. Was too strong for him.

Oh, I have not read that book. I want it. I did read all about her on line about how it all started. I will have a look on ebay, see if I can find it there.

I got my tea here:

Skies, I get the providone iodine, the red stuff in a bottle, the stuff you put on cuts, right at the pharmacy section of our grocery store. all pharmacies sell it, it's a common shelf item. yes i have taken a couple teaspoons in water now and the, always will, I feel real good afterwrads. But it is poisonous like wormwood so don't overdo it.

For general edible iodine supplements I just buy them at an online vitamin/herb place. i get the potassium iodide. I think I emailed that to you a month ago or so.

It is the only supplemnt that really helps your thyroid far as I know. If your thyroid doesn't have enough good iodine it willl pick up garbage iodine from the environmemnt or you get sick. there is quite a bit of radiation in our environment these days, everyone needs iodine.

Some people paint the red stuff you get at the pharmacy on the soles of their feet or their stomachs. your nody will abosrb it that way also. If you susopect thyroid you could paint it right on your neck i suppose. I would just drink a tad. Kills parasites that way too. handy. always keep some in the house.

Table salt is poison and should be avoided at all costs, it is made from two minerals plus any old junk they fancy putting in.
Quote
Table salt is sodium chloride combined with iodine sources (for nutrition), stabilizers for the iodine, and anti-caking compounds to make it pour by preventing it from absorbing water from the air.

But sea salt is good. Himalayan rock salt is wonderful stuff.

Quote
Himalayan salt contains all the minerals and trace elements of which our bodies are made. Natural salt is crucial for maintaining vital functions in the body. Himalayan salt has no preservatives or additives. Doctors and alternative therapists agree that Himalayan salt is the cleanest salt available on the planet to deliver remarkable health benefits. Himalayan crystal salt is pristine and natural. It consists of the most perfect geometric structure possible in rock crystals, the result of millions of years of compression under the Earth’s surface. Its has precise mesh with our body's inner workings because Himalayan crystal salt contains an almost identical set of elements to those found inside the human body, 84 of the possible 92 trace minerals, in the same proportion as naturally exists in our blood.
Quote
Himalayan crystal salt can be consumed as a mineral water by dissolving in water, dissolved in a hot bath for a healthy soak and detox, or it can be put it on your food or in cooking, instead of the standard table salt. All of these things help to maintain the bodies natural balance. Table salt however is primarily sodium chloride with additives and consumed in excess which is very easy to do with today's lifestyle, when used in excess is detrimental to health and generally not recommended by doctors to be added to food, as most foods contain enough salt. Himalayan crystal salt is suitable for those who require a low sodium diet or those who want to enhance their health with a healthier alternative. Himalayan salt and water (sole) will help detox the body and balance the bodies pH.

Himalayan rock salt is considered to be food, that how good it is for you. It also has iodine in it.

You can also get iodine from kelp.

I take both and they both help.

the caking agents in table salt are usually aluminum or some form of it.

himalayan sea salt is the best tasting salt too. we are very spoiled. Good thing the flood happened!

I take kelp too.

Yes it does. If you do the Pepsi challenge with salt it is very easy to tell which is chemical junk and which is the real deal.

Table salt taste of chemicals and make me wince when I eat it.
Himalayan rock salt has a smooth taste and you can eat a lot before the taste is over powering.

Good evening Sos

I can’t sleep tonight, again.

Whenever I take adrenal stuff in the evenings, I wake in the night and can’t get back to sleep. Seems I need to take it in the morning and at lunch times only. D-ribose does this to me and now Adrenal cortex extract too.

Interesting, but annoying.

Ho hum……..

I been umming and arring over if I should do another round of DMSA then start the parasite cleanse, or just do the parasite cleanse on its own? So I been thinking of doing both at the same time. Seriously both, even though I know it will be silly and hurt.

But the situation has been taken out of my hands now.

My shoulders are hurting like you would not believe. This is unreal. How can so much pain be hitting my shoulders. Ouch! What the funk is going on here? My bloody life is so full of this bloody pain. When will it ever stop?

OOOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUCCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHHHH!

If I had to make a choice between the two I would go for the parasite cleanse at this stage.

You mercury problems aren't going to be getting any worse, can't really say that about the other. Plus then you can do another liver cleanse after and unload some more toxins that way.

you can take some DMSA during your parasite cleanse but you probably shouldn't expect to do 'rounds'.

Just take some (25-50 mgs) before bed every or every other night. I would take the DMSA an hour before any parasite cleanse stuff.

My wifes got the bloody lice now! what a ‘mare.

I seem to be lice free, but I got plenty of other bloody things going on.

Shoulders hurt so much today…..:-(

I did an Epsom salt flush this evening……shoulder pain subsided! Means I need to liver flush. Gallstones blocking my bile duct for sure.
If you ever do a Epsom salt flush…make sure u r close to the loo

I got heartburn
I got the all over tingles
I got dehydration
I got the itches

Parasite cleanse starts in the morning
Bowel cleanse starts in the morning
Essiac tea re-starts in the morning

Not doing DMSA rounds…too much going on.

Grumpy

oooh, that is not good. so sorry.

I hate to say i told you so but...

You know Sunshine, lice , fleas, they suck blood from the cat or bird or rat they lived prior... in the blood of the cat or rat are parasite eggs and stuff.. then they bite you... not good Sunshine.

Boric acid really is the best thing to keep fleas and lice out of the house. I used it during my pregnancy with daughter, no ill effects, the kid is smart as a whip... we need to cram for her to win the countywide spelling bee this weekend, she's up for that. if ya don't see me a few days it's because I am holding a dictionary...

I think if it were me would consult the ob/gyn or midwife... midwives are the best way to have a baby btw... I did that was real nice... but I would ask about the possibilty of doing a tad of a parasite cleanse for her. I don't really see a conflict myself. I would stay away from wormwood while pregnant but cloves and walnut can't possibly hurt, just make better. Gosh the chems in the lice killer/remover are much worse than cloves and walnut hull.

She should stay away from the cats too.

Praying for you.

Hi Sunshine and Sos
thanks for all the info...I am going to look for the iodine today or kelp...whatever I can come across. I thought I might give your temp chart a shot and see what I see. Also you talk about salt, are you putting it in a glass of water and drinking it and if so how much? Does it help and what is it for. I use mediterrainian sea salt in all my cooking and on all of my food. It seems to help with my bllod pressure. Also when you are chelating you are losing minerals. Are you taking a supplement for this too? I am curious and want to get ready, I am going to try the Dmsa after the first of the year. I have the parasite cleanse and liver flush to do but after that I am anxious to get the ball rolling and maybe someday feel like I should. I am not in a big hurry but if I could wake up tomoorow have this nightmare be gone then i would be a very happy person to say the least. Anyways questions questions LOL Sorry Sunshine about the lice delima, I have been there too several times, needless to say that's the only time I get my hair cut off short. LOL My kids would bring it in to me, was so much fun, yeah right.
I know what you mean about the parasites bothering you. Mine are in my intestines and they are giving me fits. I thought it was cause of something I had eaten wrong but for the last few days I have been very careful and still having some pain. Just uncomfortable. Also I was eating vco and cinnimon on my toast and backed of a couple of days and tryed it again yesterday and the itching was horrible. Well they are driving me nuts. Well hang in there.

I been on The Watercure for 10 months. That just means I drink lots of water (min 2 litres per day) and I add salt to that water. At the moment I’m on 1.5 tsp per day.

I been drinking salted water for 10 months, so I like the taste now. I salt to taste…if it tastes good that’s the right dose. For me its about 1 tsp per 1.5 litres. If the water tastes yucky with too much salt then that is too much and I dilute it down. Listen to your senses, what tastes good? What tastes bad? Your dosing should be to what tastes good. I realise at first it all tastes strange.

If you wish you can take all the salt in one go. Just glug it down undiluted with water. As long as you are using proper salt and not chemical rubbish all will be well. You need to drink plenty of water when you salt intake is like this.

Himalayan rock salt has 84 out of 92 minerals that your body is made up from. It is considered to be a food its so damn good for you.

I was taking about ½ a tsp but after reading all about adrenals I upped my dosage to 1/5 tsp. yes I noticed the difference on the temp graph and in how I feel.

Re temp graphs…maybe have a few days, a week before you add any kelp/iodine/salt/liquorice…so you get a base reading…so you can see what and if the things you do have any effect on yr temp.

I have been taking Adrenal Cortex Extract (ACE) for about 1 week.
Gradually increasing the dose upto 4 caps per day and I have noticed
the following.

If I take this in the evening at dinner I cannot sleep at night.

I did get intense body and especially face tingling & itching when I
got upto 4 caps per day. I thought this might be something else I am
talking(Vit B), so I stopped that and the ACE and everything calmed
down the next day. I then re-took the Vit B and nothing happened. I
then retook some ACE and the symptoms returned. I stopped the ACE and
again the symptoms stopped the next day.

So that means the ACE gave me the tingling and itching, but that was
at the high dose of 4 caps a day. The evening dosages certainly did
not agree with me, so no need to try evening dosing again.

So I will restart the ACE and go with 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch
and see what happens. It was only when I increased the dosage that
the itchy stuff happened. I will aim to get to 2 in the morning and 1
at lunch, but any more tingling and itching and I will stop
altogether.

My temps have fluctuated between 97.2 – 97.5 deg's. which is pretty
good (for me) both in terms of high temp(for me) and fair stable(for
me), especially since the tingling and itching was uncomfortable and
made me feel pretty ropey during this time. And I have also been
battling a little re-distribution after the last DMSA round. And
heartburn. And dehydration. And my shoulders hurt like crazy. So the
fact that my temp's stayed relatively stable, enough though I've had
a rough week, means its worth persevering and trying again to find a
suitable dosage of ACE.

I will reprint my lab results and comments Jackie made

No news from me Mum. It’s all a bit much for her. All these new ideas. She was in denial when I last talked to her. Had not done anything yet. Its all a bit freaky …..creepy crawlies laying eggs in her skin……..i think that’s freaky for anyone!

I bought her all the stuff, she will do it in her own time and she will tell me in her own time too. She knows what she has to do. I spent a lot of time with her explaining everything. People don’t like talking about health problems in the open. Except us of course, talking about BM’s is second nature to me know, I don’t bat an eyelid anymore.

There is likely gonna be some more updates on the Cat experiment soon, which is exciting. We have someone else giving it a try….similar story to me. Tried everything and still ill.

Skies, you should take mineral supplements on your days off when you are chelating. Don't take them on days that you do the chelation (the chelators will get expended picking up the good minerals if you do).

If I feel any creepy sensation in my stomach i reach for the black walnut hull tincture these days... stops it within about 1 hour. It's looking like every 5-6 days or so I need a couple teaspoons. Hopefully it will cease at some point. What I can't figure out is where are they coming from because I did quite a kill last month. But it never fails, if I take a couple teaspoons of black walnut i will see a worm the next day in the bm.

sad to say sunshine, little cat found a home at the shelter. She became too hard to work with, would run away when i would try to give her the wormy meds, she was pooping in my flower beds endlessly, too muchfor me on a daily basis, deworming eher, shoveling the poop, fear out catching it... plus it's freezing cold outside by now and she was so lonely out there but i couldn't bring her in. They will treat her over there while she lives in a cage and hopefully find her a new home.

3 days into my full on action stations body cleansing.

Not much to report, but I will report anyway…

I got a few spots coming. Couple of big mothers on my back. And one (I did say not much to report!) ……and one little really hard small one on my neck. I got them on the first parasite cleanse too, the little hard ones.

My pee smells nasty!

My ankles are slightly swollen.

Inside my mouth is a bit sore. Sores inside my cheeks, I keep biting them when eating. Minor stuff.

Mild, mild heartburn about 20-30 mins after taking the parasite herbs. Minor stuff.

I been eating loads of pumpkin seeds and drinking some Pau d’arco tea. Very anti-parasitic that stuff. tastes pretty good too.

Bm’s – oh yes baby! 4 per day! Oh yes………quality! I’m in tip top condition there. That’s the bowel cleanse I’m doing……need to keep regular on these cleanses.

Water intake is 3 liters per day.

Funny….my shoulder have been killing me these last few weeks…as soon as I took the first dosage of the parasite cleanse…….it calmed down! It was as if they saw the big guns coming in and hunkered down and hid away, trying to make themselves as small and invisible as possible.

Sad news about the little cat. You have been battling with that little one for a long time, you did what you could.

I been thinking of reading all the creation posts…but think I’m lagging behind now.

I’m on holiday for 3 weeks now! happy dayz! I gotta work the couple of days between Christmas and new year…but nothing much happens then anyway….

Hi Sunshine
I agree on your mom will do it when ready. Everytime I tell someone what I am doing they trip out on it, especially if I mention parasites. I get that awful look like I am dirty. If they only knew what they might have taking up house with them. Most of my old friends eat alot of pork too. First time I heard about parasites I didn't believe it but now I have seen it with my own eyes. There is something to say about seeing a worm in your own bm. LOL Your mom will do it in her own time and I agree it is very hard to imagine the creepy crawlers in your own body. You started your parasite cleanse this weekend...just thought I would ask how's the killing going? LOL
I tried the cat experiment and no luck with her but I was not trying too hard either. Can't wait to hear the new stuff on the cat experiment.
Hi So Sick
Thanks for the tip on the minerals. I was really confused. Chelation takes them out and I need to keep them...was wondering how that all worked. I got some celtic sea salt and will give it a try too.
I have thought about trying one of the wormwood pills for the cramping. I have some cramping around my belly button and am sure it is the parasites coming back. I don't know where they hide at but they sure are hard to get rid of.
Too bad about the little kitty but I would have done the same thing. Too hard to deal with chasing her around and then shoveling parasite infested poop. Yuk! The parasites are too hard to get rid of to take the chance. I will be worming our cat when I worm myself LOL
Thanks for all the info ya'll!
Rachel

codswallop is putting it mildly.

You get all that different stuff gping on in a cleanse, swollen ankles, sores in the mouth etc? Wow. I wonder what it all is. hard bumps... that would be them doing their dormant thing... remember I said I read where dr's use providine iodine and inject it into those spots? they say it's the only way to kill them once they do that dormancy bit. I wonder where i can buy a hypodermic needle? I imagine if I go into a pharmacy and ask for one I'll get noted in some book some where for drug paraphalia. I don't even know, can you buy hypodermic needles OTC? I have one of those little bumps on my leg has been there 15 years. Not likely I would visit a dr for it.

not creation down there, no discussion of that, it's not allowed by the peanut gallery. evilution only, all sorts of whiplashed fantasies. 1+1 eh? says it all I think. I had to get a neck brace because that one made my old bones explode. Couldn't stand up after that... the earth itself began spinning in the opposite direction.... I didn't read them all either after that. I was too busy trying to keep the car from sliding down the driveway. there were a few other items of that nature i stumbled into before getting to that one, gee whiz sunshine the whole house started falling apart.. all the work i had ever done went flying right out the window.. i mean everything... it's too much for a peacelover like me.

Skies is right, mum will get at it in her own time. After the holidays..

next time i feel a creepy sensation in the intestinal area... I am going to hit them with a good dose of dark red liquid iodine. I haven't used that trick for awhile maybe I am just overdue.

Skies, a few days of chelatiion and then rest a few days, during rest time days take your mineral supplements. no minerals at least 6 hrs prior to or after taking any chelation meds. Drink lots of water while chelating. If I am going to take dmsa or eat my cilantro pesto I don't do any supplemnts that day at all, but will take some the next day or about 8-10 hrs later.

All that stuff happening…I’m a drama queen…as I said…..it’s all small fry stuff…but I’m very in-tune with my body, I can read the signs very well, I know myself too well nowadays, these are the early minor signals of the actions going on inside me. I look forward of major action which will be a sign of lots of the buggers being exterminated!

Re needles….no idea…buy online somewhere?…no idea.

I been reading about iodine after your posts about it. I may start some of that, but I will wait until the new year when I see my adrenal expert guy. All this parasite cleansing is enough to keep me occupied now anyway.

Skies; I take all my supplements all the time. On rounds and off rounds. That is as per Cutlers protocol.

Creation: Having deep, heavy duty & heated discussions about this type of beliefs was always gonna be hard, especially in this forum format. Face to face would be much simpler and you would not get bogged down in minor side issues, nor technicalities.
It is also easier to see and hear face to face when you have overstepped the mark and can build bridges again. forums…is just cold hard letters, words & sentences.

Educating people is difficult enough, changing people is much harder and changing peoples core beliefs, that they believe “in their hearts” is pretty much an impossible task. You have to be very skilled to do that.

Looked to me like people just enjoying having a good old argument, but then it got a bit too heated and a bit too personal and got out of hand. Unbelievers just don’t understand how important “core beliefs” are to people. They don’t understand that insulting core beliefs if like insulting us to our faces about the person that we are.

Changing people is a subtle & delicate job that needs to be tackled with extreme care and caution. If the other party feels you are manipulating their thoughts….you have lost.
As soon as the shouting starts it is impossible for people to back down. Impossible….it does not matter how right or wrong they are….people do not respond well to aggression. Fight fire with fire is most peoples unconscious way to handle things when hostilities break out. The more angry, the more difficult it is to change minds. If I remember correctly, that’s how all this talk started in the first place…insults and shouting.

Only the force can change core beliefs. but lution is forceless so I'm not sure there is a so-lution available.

I wasn't aware Cutler recommended taking supplements during chelation. I've never read his stuff, only hear it here second hand. That doesn't make much sense to me after the protocol my doctor put me through. I was told to never take any supplements, minerals especially, the evening or morning before going in for chelation. They said the chelation wouldn't work very well if my blood was loaded with calcium, zinc, other mineral supplements. I have followed that advice since the get go and things have gone quite well.

Yes, Cutler recommends taking all supplements all the time. Chelation is hard work on the body so it needs to be supported at all times and especially when stressed which is what happens when chelation is in progress.

I have been on his recommended heavy dosing strategy, both on and off rounds, for 3 months now and I must say it works for me. My upwardly mobile health status remains…………….. upwardly mobile.

Day 4 of the parasite cleanse and I’m feeling quite perky! Which is nice. Helps being on holiday too.

The foreman just hung my new front door…..!
Wow! It looks the business. That is a serious front door that. It is so heavy and solid. Needed 4 hinges. They are all shiny and new, silver. The foreman was raving about it. He is a carpenter by trade and he appreciates quality handmade stuff like that. Right at this moment he is putting the glass in. Bevelled glass. It has been frosted with etching in the middle part and clear bevelled at the edge….oh yeah. We designed the door ourselves.

To my mind, the front door is the most important part of the house. It is the first thing that you look at when see the house. You walk through it every single day. The front door should welcome you in. No skimping on front doors, skimping is for round the back of the house where you rarely think about.

May the force be with you Sos

So I stumbled upon what appeared to be a wispy leaf on the floor in the laundy.. lo and behold it was a brown recluse spider... dead. Boric acid at work!

I run into one every several months or so, always dead. One of the top reasons (aside from fleas and lice) i keep the perimeter, under baseboards and stuff, dusted with the boric acid.

Did you know that bites from spiders like that will cause lifelong diseases?

The kid fell asleep at 5pm after school today, emotional exhaustion i think. She's the first kid from her school to ever take the county title. we'll be studying hard for the next round.

howz the house coming? sounds very elaborate, like a king refurbishing the palace.

HI there. Congratulations, effort and hard work is always worth it. County Title! Nice!

Sorry, I been racking my brain but I can’t remember what it was she was doing. It was English wasn’t it?

Never herd of a recluse spider. Thankfully.

I have a spider phobia. So I avoid anything to do with spiders. Learning there names is not something I plan to do in this life. Little ones don’t count, but I will run a mile from big ones. Strangely I’m ok when I have gloves on? Not to sure why, but I feel strong and fearless when I have gloves. I guess I know they cannot bite me through my glove? Strange eh?

early to bed for me tonight, been busy.

$25,000 scholarship for top prize! We are in!

God helped. He always does. Gave me the word that knocked her out last time , she kept telling me it was spelled some other way when I tried to rehearse her. So... this time, he gave her the word that she won with... he told me 'M' words, so we studied those pretty good... when it was over she says to me, 'mom. since the day I won the school bee that word has been popping into my head'... so she knew it pretty well.

we are taking this to the top Sunshine, Give God the glory. I think she can do it, the spelling bees really aren't that difficult, a lot of kids are just in there because they lucked out with an easy word, she is actually a great speller, reads at college level... and since she lost the last one she tried for, she listens now when I say, Jesus says you need to know this...

spiders... brown recluse, a few different varieties, this was a big one, not some itsy bitsy spider. they are nasty. they like to sleep in gloves and boots. that's actually how most people get bitten by one. there's lots around here, not in our house though.

OK, now I understand why I don’t know what you are talking about. Because I never heard of spelling Bee. We don’t have that over here on the other side of the pond. I googleD it, I found this little test……and I got 1 correct……….

Welcome to Daily Spelling Bee, where every day three new spelling words are offered to test your spelling skills. Warning!- some of the pronunciation clues are an attempt to lull you into error on this spelling test/quiz.

Its nature or indispensable qualities; "es ens" = ESSENTIAL

See-through ability; "trans par an see" = TRANSPARANT

Sky with its clouds and stars; "fur mah ment" = FURMEMENT

My spelling is atrocious. I mean real bad. It has always been bad. I read fine. I understand fine. But my spelling is pathetic. All my posts are done in word with autospell, otherwise you’d think I was the village idiot. It is a constant source of amazement that after 38 years of life I still cannot spell common or garden words that I repeatedly use.

My daughter has better spelling than me. Seriously, sometimes I do the spelling tests with her, she always beats me. Always.

And you in for a crack at the big prize too………very exciting. Congratulations.

IMHO children’s behaviour and intelligence is directly related to the time, effort & love given by the parent and reflects very well them. So when I say congratulations, I really do mean it from my heart. Top stuff

The house is coming on strong now. builders have been here 5.5 months now. Most of the time we had the windows boxed in, so we could not see outside. We got dust everywhere too. We are looking forward to their departure. They tried to be finished by Christmas…..but probably some time in January now. Almost done now. The front door is wonderful. The glass in the door is special. The whole door is special. The foreman put the locks on yesterday and the letter box too. When the morning sun shines on it, the light shines through the bevelled glass & makes brilliant patterns on the wall behind….

They have been laying the drive for the last 2 weeks, nearly done now. he are getting heavy frosts every night here and we still need radiators in the kitchen….its a bit chilly for sure!

Spiders….i don’t like even thinking about them. films with spiders are a complete no-no. what was that film a while back Arachnophobia……….never in a millions years would you get me to watch that. Yuck.

Parasite cleanse is action free right now. Not a lot to report. I did think I should help things along, so I been drinking Pau D’arco tea….Wow…instant shoulder pain. Really intense. Think I will drink that everyday, just….it hurts me….
Been on the pumkin seeds too…..
Need to get the coconut oil out…..

Yesterday I went to the Aquarium in London. It is right on the River Thames, right in front of the houses of parliament, right in front of Big Ben. Was beautiful fresh sunny winters day. Was a cool day out, just me and my girl

She's in the national spelling bee. I think it is sponsored by a few hundred newspapers. This is as much a lesson in hearing and trusting the Lord as it a spelling bee for her though, he has been helping us in an amazing way, I didn't expect that but he sure is doing it.

It's firmament, not furmament, unless there are 2 spellings for that word but I don't think so, those must be just pronounciations. We don't read that stuff, it's confusing. Transparent. We have more going on than that even but I can't discuss it yet. I never relied on school to teach her, especially reading, spelling. they stopped using phonics in a lot of places years ago which is probably why kids have difficulty spelling these days. I started teaching her ABC's at age 2, just barely age two, we were well into phonics by age 3. I'm not the homeschool type. Last year's winner was a homeschooled kid though, says a lot I think.

Yeah, the house sounds like it's going to be great, the dust does not sound fun. Your shoulder aches may actually be related to that. The gypsum dust (wallboard/sheetrock/compound) is poisonous you know. You might want to pick up a heavy duty shop vac (brand name, gypsum won't break it) and take 20-30 minutes to do a good sweep with it everyday. I didn't realize you had all this going on all this time, I would have mentioned it before. I started getting those burning shoulder blade aches when I was doing a lot of work with murals and fancy finishing, lots of gypsum dust involved. Might be connected anyway, I wouldn't outrule it.

Well I am up for a big day of firewood collecting today and then I get my new skiis mounted later. My old skiis have sort of had it... what fun... will be in a few days anyway. I love racing down a slippery slope, my absolutely number 1 favorite pleasure. I trained as a slalom racer as a kid for a bit. till I broke my leg on an icy mogul.. anyway the season is well upon us I have so much Christmas stuff to do yet.

I hate wordspell. Wordspell hates names and stuff, difficult. We're at odds. Sometimes it's appropriate to mispell anyway, on a board like this.

I have been doing the daily liver cleanse, oh every 4-5 days or so, instead of the big liver flush, simply haven't had the time to get to that. But I was feeling a bit clogged a few days ago and the daily cleanse (I use grapefruit juice, lemon juice, olive oile, I put some clove oil in). I have a cute santa-fish card your daughter will enjoy, on a different machine though I will find it later for you.

hope mom is well, both moms!

Firmament, furament….exactly….i have no idea which is correct. Even if you tell me, I will forget it anyway!

No the dust is everywhere. It gets cleaned up…..and the next day more falls everywhere…..oh well almost done now. I’m sure all the dust & chemicals used are not doing my any good. I been trying to ignore the obvious. I just started reading “our stolen futures” which I all about the chemical pollutants. Nasty really.

I finished my parasite book. was ok…but talked about parasites and not parasites and humans. Now…wherever I look…….. I see parasites…..LOL

Yesterday was Big Ben, Today we went to the cinema together. Good times.

Tell me more about the daily little liver cleanses.

Wife is good, no sickness. My mum….don’t know….she will call when she is ready.

sweet.

daily liver cleanse... works great. Do them every day for a few a days in a row, in the morning. Typically, I use half a grapefruit (the juice, fresh squeezed) half a lemon (the juice) and about 1/4-1/3 cup of olive oil. If you a bit of an achy side (liver or whatever, clogged feeling) from the parasite cleansing that should clear it up. I think with me I have stuff pasing through, maybe parasites, maybe stones, from all the cleansing but that really helped me last week.

Feel great today. That little bit of achy side is really the only thing that has been bothering me... not all the time but off and on a bit. No ache today at all, I actually felt something pass through a few days ago, gave me a tad of an achy stomach for about 10 minutes and then voila, no more achy side. It was kind of worrying me last week but seems to have been nothing but stuck junk.

I don't think I would ever want to live through a construction zone again, i have done it before too. hate it, the dust and dirt. Any place I move from hence forward, must be already finished to my satisfaction! I'm not to difficult to please. as long as there is a big fireplace... toasty in here, real nice. I wonder if I have any wine...
