I'm becoming a bit too skinny for my liking. I'm about 6 foot and I useta be 75 kilograms but since I've started eating less because of this restrictive diet I've lost a lot of weight and now am about 68-69 kilograms. I don't really like bein this skinny and would like to put on some weight again. I sorta eat less cause I kno in general foods increase my symptoms, especially anxiety, and am not game enough to have anything for breakfast usually, jus supplements. Anyone got nay suggestions on good meals for breakfast lunch and dinner? I stopped lifting weights and stopped taking whey protein, any suggestions about working out?
