I have evaluated several front-ends for SQLite. Here's what I found (I hope this saves someone some time)

The products are listed here with the best at the top (without regard to the price of the product).

SQL Maestro v 8.5 ($59 non-commercial / $99 commercial)

The best overall user interface. Very intuitive. Very stable. Fully-featured. Company provides free 30-day evaluation.

This is the product I would use when choosing a SQLite database administration tool.

SQLite Manager Firefox Plugin v 0.3 (Free)

A surprisingly nice and well-featured gui. Intuitive. Encountered a couple bugs working with indexes. Otherwise, a very usable database management tool.

SQLite Plus Database Explorer v 7.0 ($50)

Nice-looking and fairly well-featured gui. Intuitive. Stable. Lacks a few features in relation to indexes, queries, and triggers.

SQLite2008 Pro Enterprise Manager v 2008 (Free)

Good-looking interface. Mostly intuitive. Had trouble finding some functionality, but it did exist after a little searching. Seems to lack a few features. Minor bugs found related to indexes.

SQLite Man v 1.2 (Free)

Fair-looking interface. Minimum of features. Seems a little buggy, especially with dealing with indexes (malformed SQL).
