Russ, since you'd mentioned egg problems, I just thought I'd say my experience last night.
I had taken an egg sauteed in butter before bedtime. BTW, I also took olive leaf extract mixed into water as accompaniment, to counterbalance any possible acid reaction.
Frankly, I don't always have egg problems, even though I know I'm supposed to have problems processing cholesterol. But I think cholesterol, including eggs, are good for me if taken in the proper combo.
It so happens that last nite, on top of an extremely stressful day, I took the egg combined with butter (instead of olive oil as I usually do).
IMO, that's what causes the worst problems. I.E. the egg with butter.
When I went to bed & lay on my right side, I felt an acute pain in my lower stomach. So I immediately turned over to my LEFT side, because I'm aware that's good for digestion. Sure enough, the pain abated instantly. BUT:
A while later, I started feeling like my four limbs became sorta numb and clogged up. For all I know, coffee might have counteracted that, since it has arginine which is known to open blood vessels that have poor circulation.
But I was too tired to get out of bed. BTW, invariable in the past, I'd find that the worst combo which would aggravate my pains would be if I'd take saturated-fat combined with foods. Though yogurt & cottage are OK for me. Yellow cheese and butter are bad.
In other words, eggs are OK for me as long as it's with the right combo of say, olive oil, fish & veggies. But the combo with butter is what upset the cart.

In my experience, I found that I had a problem breaking down fats when the amalgams were still in... Here is an excerpt from my story: Here is the Source Page--- Inability to break down fats (constantly experiencing fat symptoms after eating) - 85% GONE I used to live on NSP's Fat Grabbers to prevent me from having serious headaches and other fat-related symptoms after every meal. Now, I take them maybe once or twice a week if I have a fatty meal. Otherwise, my fat symptoms are nearly gone.--- Perhaps this plays a role with you too?

Thanks for sharing! I actually have only some of the symptoms you list. I certainly do not sweat excessively - I'm like Orientals who have dry ear wax and sweat very little (in fact, I'd been toying with the idea of ordering an infra red sauna for detox. But, with my lack of excessive sweating - except perhaps my neck & chest area in humid weather - it might just be wasted money). To boot, I've had an inability to burp since childhood, and other really weird things that nobody else has. I had/have involuntary cracking, noisy joints, which was very embarrassing. Unlike you, I haven't ever been able to voluntary crack my knuckles. Anyway, getting back on topic re: fats, the below URLs may interest you: Migraine Headache Study Fat-Pain Connection
