I had my amalgams out on Tuesday and today I felt really yucky, very fatigued. I slept for several hours and can't wait to sleep again.
I am just hoping that this is how it goes, good days and bad. My days have been really better so I was hoping it was all going to be better. Just frustrated. Any suggestions on supplements?
I have been taking Vit C about 3000-4000mg day. and other supplements from the Huggins Clinic.

Just a couple of questions (curiosity)...

What were the amalgams replaced with?

Did they use all the proper safety precautions?

I take and have taken chlorella for a long time to help with long-term detox and to pull mercury out of tissue. However, Algin works really well for me.

If I work out for the first time in a few days, I just take algin for the next couple days and the mercury symptoms (which DO come back if I don't take algin) don't show up at all! Algin has been the most effective single supplement I've taken in terms of getting rid of symptoms!

If you've read my story, you know that it was a rollar coaster ride for me for the first several weeks... Ups and downs. Don't be discouraged, however.

If I were you, I would definitely make sure to keep supplements up. Sulphur down. Don't try to detox too fast. It's gonna' take years, but for me (going on 3 years), each month got much better and better and this is the best one yet!

Patience and consistent proper supplementation is the key. You may not want to exercise unless you can handle it comfortably. You have had years of mercury exposure, it's gonna' take years to get it out. Nevertheless, if your journey goes anything like mine, within a month or two, you'll realize it was all very worth it.

I always stress the importance of having the removal performed safely and have the correct replacement material used. I hope these steps have been take in your case and I hope you have a speedy recovery. The rollar coaster ride is to be expected.

The Dentist was a Huggins trained dentist. I didn't have a mask as he said they couldn't cover my nose. I don't remember what huggins said about that. I had the bio-compatability test done and the dr got and used (I hope) the results. They used masks on their faces and had a machine that sucked in the vapors that was below my mouth. Oh and the rubber dam, but I felt some of the water going through the rubber dam at one point.

My mood has greatly improved, hot flushes of rage are now periods of irritablity and warmth. I am just very tired/and brain fogged. Huggins told me not to use the chlorella or celantro, as it makes some people worse. I am going to schedule a Vit C IV for this week. I hear that it really helps people with fatigue and was highly recommended by Huggins.
I have read and reread your story but because my brain doesn't retain much I didnt' remember you talking about the roller coaster, it could be selective remembering too. LOL.
I guess I just need to hang on and continue with letting my body rest and recover.
I thought eggs and sulpher foods were good? At least I thought that was what Huggins said.

Sulphur is a complex subject.

Long story short...

Personally, I would not recommend sulphur containing substances. You could try them and see how you do. However, I got very sick on MSM (sulphur source).

About chlorella...

It's true that some don't handle it very well. I tried it and it worked well for me.
