I have been reading some articles about cleansing. One referred to cleansing for parasites by doing a garlic enema. I thought, "Hey! That's a good idea!" Then I thought "Oh,oh. What about the candida, which I am sure I am just about overwhelmed with? What if the garlic kills them by splitting them open and I get a GIGANTIC blast of mercury?"

My question is, does anyone know how garlic kills candida - ie: does it split them open?
