It's good to hear on days like this. The chemtrail spraying has been horrible the past 3 days, I've only had 5 hours of sleep for 3 nights now and everything hurts.

As I write this, the air is so saturated with the strong salty-metallic taste that is so typical of chemtrails that its unbreathable for me.

My eyes are wide awake, and i'm now more up during days and sleep more at nights... circadian corrected i.e,,,, never experienced that before... since i were a litte boy atleast.... happier, as you said Russ from your testimonial.. etc... more open in my sinuses (without an opperation, i luckliy for me dropped that thought some years ago thinking an alternate solution might become available in the future, i was right..), changed tinnitus, less "for me ordinary type" tinnitus, but now an engine like low freq hum... etc.. etc... psoriassis is going away here and there... etc...

However... I... have becometh more sensitive to "medicine" that is food, fruit juices like cherry juice for uric acid disolvment and bioflavanoids / antioxies for HG, etc...
The classic garlic lowered tolerance etc.... mini chili is fine however.. real chili that is...

I find that logic PUZZLING.. really..... less mercury in the body should mean less reactions to mercury reactive substances like garlic..... but it is infact the opposite.. both with me now in my current detox stage.. and with others on this board too.. from their past experiences.... STRANGE!!!

I have heared one explanation to this, but....
I goes... Old tissues which has been ""sedated"" by HG for a long time is now more sensitive to new ""infections"" after the old mercury is released.... So.. newly cleaned tissue or newly cleaned nerve cells are now awkening for the first tme in a long time, and therefor those nerves will be felt more than before... so... yeah...

but i dont know.... what to belive...

Short term mem, focus and consentration.. well.. it has bettered.... i'm as sharp now as i were when i was 19.... and i had a functional decrease of those things when i were 26-27.. i thought as most people that is was just natural aging, nearing 30 and so... but.... i have proved that lie to be a lie.. because i have reversed that.... thought for some time i had lost my brilliance there due to natural aging process... but nada...... it was JUST our "beloved" BEHATED mercury...
As said... i'm better now... but sometimes the all not so "natural" brainfog hits mildly... as with most people... (most people are ofcourse metals poisoned.. hehe)

It's almost unimaginable for those not clearly suffering this (ct's).. as with most illnesses.... now one can really immagine another persons sufferings, atleast not until they get the same kind of sufferings for themselves.. and even then it's not quite the same for diffrent people... I too has suffered lack of sleep before as i said above... but i find your situation hard to immagine really, as i AM now free of such burdens...

I can immagine it, but not experience it in my mind now.. as i am free from such suffering now.. if you get my drift...

Lack of sleep really shakes one down.. that is for sure.. specially when the awaking hours are torture.... that i understand...

Nahh.. get your self some qualitiy vecation time in a clear skied warm climate place on this earth somewhere.... If youre lucky enough to be in hold of the required money... it might just do it... give you a symptom break and some time to recover a bit....

My understanding of ct's is that clear skies means no toxins....... maybe not so... but.... might be worth a try... there are invisible toxins ofcourse.. but... less toxins maybe....

Funny... a guy i recently spoke with.. 92years old.. said that health was always low when it rained.... he had noticed...... hmmm gets you thinking right... i immediatly thouht of chemtrail when he said that.... raining chemicals from the toxic clouds...

I had never thought of that before...

Ole whats going on. I was just wondering what you did to get better from mercury poisoning. did you use chelation or did you go the natural approach? I've chelated before and have recently been using natural stuff which I believe is the way to go but I just want to hear what works for you. thanks

I have gone all natural! Greens, chili pepper, raw garlic but not anymore as i react to it now strangely, old fasioned farmer diet, dairy butter, no plant fats, etc... red meat, etc, all the oposites of what the md quacks are saying in theire office and on tv..

Lots of long session saunas too.. up to two hours in 10 minute intervals with 10 minuts cold luke cold showers inbetween...

But what helps most i belive.... besides diet... IS... The saunas AND converting to the squatting style on the toilet.... to rid constipation and better elimination of toxic fecal exhoust rapidly... etc.. etc....

You see.. i still have one amalgam left maybe another one, but its hard to see as its on my upper jaw second molar, and my so called mercury specialist 8th degree freemason dentist lied about it, saying that tooth was clean!

I also have an half open root canal (filled yes) but without a crown... so that may be why muscles aches are so hard to get rid of for me....

Well.. some time ago i had 98% rid myself of the back stiffness, but then i decided to try some koriander, cillantro, chinese parsley in soup at a asian restaurant.... well.. back pains came back, i have not managed to shake it completely yet.. that is about 3 mnts since now... anyway...

All natural.. as i can't detox with DMSA yet.... i don't even know if i will dare to try...
atleast not when i am so well as i am now.. and not with amalgams still in...

The reason? for not removing the last amalgam traces YET...... im affraid of the 9 month mercury dump that can happen when the body realises that there are no more merc left and it gets ready to dump most of it at the same time making one horribly sick if one is of those unlucky....

the magnet fields in the body changes when removing metals.... so the old stored metals will reallign and reidistribute to other places in the body and the head.. so
I'm not risking that until i regain my strength FULLY from the first two removals i had in Oct 2008... Yes.. i had protection... but the guy left some alamgam and i detected it after the protection was taken of, and they guy drilled out those remains without protection.. so......... go figure...

1.5 year ago i was a wreck.. and hadn't it been for anonymity i would have shared those death look picures of myself 1.5 years ago just a couple of weeks after drillout..... I get sick looking at them today when i take those pics out to remind myself of how far i have come in getting well...

I also use real beefarmed bought honney (not pasteurized), and i drink cherry juice incase of uric acid crystals which also can contribute to stiffness....

I also bought cranberry juice to clean my kidneys so the mercury + disolved uric acid crystals wount overload my kidneys.... but havent drank much cranberry juice to be honest.... im wary.... "scared" to get a reaction from "most stuff", so im wary.. not scared really... but careful...

I also avoid the most bad food additives.. as far as the labels honesty goes....

I cook most my food from scratch.. gourmet.. old style....

etc.. etc..

and i have a good faith in my healing ability and in God, Jesus, my higher soul / spirit, and i also pray and talk to my own body and makes demands of it, and i reward it verbally and such....

You know... The law of attraction.... We are God,, God are Us... All of us....
That sort of thing... And you know... it works!

Can now pull a 3 nighter in a row again if i wish.. but....... my circadian rhythm has normalized for the most... better than i can remember all my life....

btw.... my hell or.... rather my hell started after drillouts in 2008... but my first hell.. or hell light in comparison started when i was 8 and got my first amalgams.. school was destroyed for me since then... more or less... tiredness etc....

but now...... good as new allmost except for muscle stiffness some less severe psoriassis and such..... However.. i still have some milage to go before im "cured"..

I do squat on the toilet..i learned that from my holistic doctor that I was seeing before..really helped my bowel movements. I dont do saunas because I cannot tolerate the heat but I do do warm body soaks in the bath that seems to be helping. I also try to avoid eating anything with preservatives, artifial colors, trans fat, high fructose syrup, ect..basically most junk food. I eat 80% organic food. I am not on a candida diet however. I eat alot of fruit and rice, pastas, ect. but I limit my refined sugar and dairy intake as my symptoms get worst when I eat too much of those things.

I've been sick for about 2 yrs now. I had 2 fillings in but had them both removed. Since then my merucuy levels have gone done dramatically but lead on the rise..i wonder why?? Im thinking between fillings, vaccines, and tattoos I got heavy metal toxicity. Also been diagnosed with the Epsein Barr Virus as well as candida overgrowth. Im still not cured or close but I feel 45% better. I have a ways to go. Had to stop playing basketball(that was kinda tough), couldnt attend classes anymore..I'm doing classes online now which has been good for me..I enjoy that. I did some chelation in the past but it made me feel horrible so I decided to go natural. But im contemplation doing some more chelation because im sure it helped decrease my mercury.

My main symptoms now are insomnia..im a night owl. My internal clock is out of wack. No stamina..get tired after any physical activies(walking up the steps, sex lol, jogging, lifting heavy objects, ect.) Brain fog..feel out of it most of the time. Indigestion..after ever meal..hot tea helps, nothing else has. Heat intolerance..cant be out in the sun too long or soak in a hot bath. Tinnitus. Constipation which has been much better now that I take alot of vit C and also because of the squatting. Thats pretty much it. But Im better now than I was a year ago..thats for sure. I have a wonderful girlfriend who has been with me through all of this which helps alot. And of course, I still talk to God and pray that he'll get me through this which I know He will. And my family has been good with helping me with things..they're also into organic foods and holistic things so that helps. And yes I also pray to Jesus and read the word everyday.

My heart issues have become severe enough that I considered going to the hospital last night. We are writing up a living will and power of attorney over the next few days in case anything happens.

I'm not trying to be dramatic, I'm just telling it like it is.

I have given Laura specific instructions to continue this forum after I'm gone. I am interested in hearing from anyone who would be willing to manage it in case something happens to me. There would be no cost to anyone as Laura would continue to pay for it and bandwidth, etc.

Chemtrails were mild today, but have been severe for the past hour or so. I contacted the bucket brigade for air testing but have yet to hear back from them. Amazingly, every avenue that I turn down hits a brick wall.

Thanks again and keep up the good work. I'm going to fight to the end, and sometimes I can't wait for the end to come.

I didn't go. I'm resisting going unless I believe it's life or death. We did consider going because of the arm-pain and other symptoms that typically indicate a heart attack, but I took some heart supplements and the symptoms gradually went away.

This is difficult to live with. Last night the spraying was so intense that I could not go to sleep because it was burning my sinuses and making me nauseous, not to mention the other list of symptoms.

I had the worst headache in years last night after all of the spraying. Finally, spraying let up at about 9am and I got to sleep.

I am so angry at those who are doing this yet, I am shocked that virtually no one is willing to do anything about it. There is a growing body of evidence (- this activity which we see with our very eyes -) showing that soils, air, water, and wildlife are contaminated from this activity, but it seems so many people are just waiting to see how it plays out rather than taking a leadership role.

Spraying was light this afternoon but spraying began to get heavy promptly at 6pm. For many weeks now, the pattern has been to spray the horrible chemical-smelling stuff at night and the salty-metallic stuff during the day.

The chemical stuff gives me all of the symptoms of mercury poisoning, everything right down the looping thoughts (and songs), trouble concentrating, ringing in the ears, and energy drop. Everything.

The salty-metallic stuff, although tasting horrible, is easily stopped with a wet mask. I think this stuff may contain aluminum and barium salts.

This may make sense because mercury is made 100-times more toxic in the presence of aluminum (Dr. Haley), so mercury at night, aluminum in the day, and some barium thrown in just to induce some extra heart attacks (via depleted potassium).

I'm working on finding someone who is willing to do air testing for me. It's been hard because no one wants to touch this subject. I just need someone who will not care why I'm testing and do the darn test for me.
