Just out of curiosity, how old are you? Could be hormonal, peri-menopause... I've actually got an appointement next week for an endometrial biopsy to try and figure out what the heck is going on. Same problem, cycle shorter and flow heavier and longer, major cramps. Haven't had amalgams out yet though. Still waiting on test results. Wish i could help you more. Maybe one of us will discover an answer out there somewhere!

Have you read Dr. Hal Huggins book? He tells about how many of his paients experience things. I had spotting a lot after each quadrant removal. Your period is suppose to become less heavy and shorter. That sounds good. Also, I 've been using progesterone to balance out the extra estrogen in our environment. Helps alot.
