Antioxidants--incredibly beneficial nutrients naturally found in various foods--can help prevent a wide range of diseases, ranging from macular degeneration and cataracts to Alzheimer's disease and cancer. -CoQ10-CoQ10 is an essential component in your body's production of energy. The majority of CoQ10 concentration resides in your heart, brain and liver. Think about it--of all the organs in your body, these are the hardest working, so naturally, they need as much of this energy-boosting antioxidant as possible to optimally do their jobs. For instance, with peak levels of CoQ10, your heart functions at its best, but when levels are low, your heart struggles to pump blood throughout your body and you may experience symptoms like physical weakness and mental fatigue.
