Amazing Progress Less Than A Month Into Treatment!

Not even a month into treatment and our latest round of grant recipients are already seeing amazing results. Just look at Eli's progress following Advanced Brain Technologies' The Listening Program

"Since we started, we have already seen improvements. Before, Eli had issues with certain sounds that caused intense behaviors. Since he began his 'listening' we have noticed that these same behaviors have lessened. We have also seen improvements in Eli's reading comprehension. We look forward to seeing more as we continue!" - Angela, Eli's Mom

We are now accepting applications for our next round of the Rescue Family Grant program!

         Surviving Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is already next week and thankfully Dr. Bo Wagner has come to the rescue with a simple guide to surviving the holiday feasting... in healthy way?

It's that time of year to gives thanks for all of our many blessings and to spend quality time with our families. This usually includes a Thanksgiving feast. Usually at these meals, we over indulge so much that afterwards we end up doubled over and crashed in the corner, bloated, moaning and groaning. This does not have to be the case. There is a way to have a healthy version of most of the foods we love and end up feeling great (the best of all worlds).

Dr. Bo shares his strategies for meal planning and food combining, and even includes some delicious (and simple) recipes that you can make at home!

Holiday Cooking Traditions: Thanksgivukkah

Dr. Bo's Easy Toasted Almond Brittle

by Gabrielle Kaplan-Mayer
by Dr. Bo Wagner

I've always loved the holiday season, but when I became the mom of a child who struggles with social and sensory issues, large family gatherings became more stressful than fun. For Jewish families, this Hanukkah is going to be a special one, since it falls on Thanksgiving day and has been dubbed by many as "Thanksgivukkah." For many of our kids who can be rigid and literal, this convergence of holidays may be a little challenging -- but also is an opportunity to practice dynamic thinking.

Dr. Bo Wagner shares his super easy recipe for yummy toasted almond brittle (gluten, dairy, and soy-free)!
