OK, Russ, now the true test comes. I've read this a few weeks ago. I'm back because I am getting ready to re-pot my yellow rose plant. Poor thing, it did get two roses the first year, then one rose the second. Nothing the third, so I brought inside and have put some 'Root Boost' on it several weeks ago, recommended by the guy who gave it to us, owns a plant nursery. Poor thing, doesn't look too happy. Hope this gives it a BIG SHOT OF NUTRIENTS, ETC.

Hi guys, Just to bring you up to date regarding my replanting my yellow rose. No, it did not work. As I've watched several other videos, I heard one fellow mention the honey on the roots. Most of the others mentioned some type of root growth powder, as I did use, with the honey.
I did not even know until a few months ago that you can buy Miracle Grow plant soil. So we have a few bags handy. One lady said that you can't let the graft (plant) get too wet. I think I messed up on that one. She showed that she planted her grafts, cuttings, in a see through plastic cup. With small holes in the bottom. Ratz! I had mine in a dark colored plastic planter. I had no green showing originally, she has some green left before she planted hers. She brings her roses in the house in the winter. The first 2 years, I never did that.
In fact being (originally) from Florida, you don't need to bring them in the house at all. We have a trellis type rose that has been growing in the front next to a brick wall. It has never been replanted and I can't even kill that thing. I tried to in order to plant some peonies. It keeps coming back! We now live in the Shenandoah Valley. So, we see once again what works for one person, may not necessarily work for another. I have only tried this with the yellow rose bush. Hope it works for others. I'll post this lady's video. Some positive comments. Happy Planting everyone. <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4XZgXLwWUV4>
