Controlling Rainfall and Steering Hurricanes: Weaponized Weather Developed Before the 60s

The technology to steer hurricanes and to dramatically reduce their wind velocity was developed in the mid 1960's. The science of controlling weather has advanced dramatically since then. Weather modification programs were moved into the realm of military secrecy in the early 1970's.

So why are we still experiencing epic hurricanes and severe weather damage? Is it intentional?

Without question, weather damage profits new-world globalists in several ways:

1. It creates massive cash flow as infrastructure-repair contractors receive federal dollars to clean up weather-related damage.

2. It promotes the climate change agenda which is designed to support new taxation and regulation against the public. Remember, you need a frightening (destructive) enemy to legitimize the power and existence of governments.

3. It reduces population.

It's worth mentioning that the popular document entitled "Owning the Weather by 2025" is nothing more than crafty disinformation designed to convince the public that weather control is not yet possible. The longer the public believes that weather control isn't possible, the longer they can cause artificial - and extremely profitable - weather-based destruction and get away with it.
