I avoid normal TV now. I just watch films and football. The news is too depressing for me.

Castor seems pretty good, did two packs in two days and I continue to feel ok. Next book will be the castor oil book I got. I’m just finishing the Kevin Trudeau book now.

The crystals I got are pure crystal, no iron in them, they are kinda transparent, smokey cloudy clear crystal……let me google a pic for you…..1 moment…..

size….not too sure, but 1 got four bits each about 1inch square. They are in my water cooler which is for 18.5 liters. The book said to put them I a jug of water overnight….but I don’t have time for that. i will just put them in the water cooler and leave them there.
