The issues with tap water are almost too numerous to mention. Pharmaceuticals of all shades, antibiotics, metals, halogens, contraceptives... all this and more you are medicated with, with each glass from the tap.

Can't be good, over the long term. You should see (and smell) the crap that coats the bottom of my water distiller, even after just a single cycle.

Bottled waters are not much better, and in fact, may be worse, especially if bottled in soft plastic bottles, which leech endocrine-disrupting xenoestrogens. Very few bottled waters are notably better than tap water.

Spring water is probably best, but distilled water with a little Himalayan salt/salt brine, is more readily available for plentiful day-to-day consumption.

Just a thought.

We have a forum titled 'Flouride' (flourosilic acid) a little bit lower down in this forum, topic.

I use Deer Park 100% Natural Spring Water
and LeBleu / Ultra Pure Water (steam distilled). Both of which are all natural, purity by nature. Purchased in our local supermarket. And yes, they are in a clear plastic(?) container. Thank you.
