To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact our office at 1-800-358-4278 or 1-207-584-3550 if outside the U.S within 10 business days of receipt of the item.
All returns must include a Return Authorization number, which will be provided upon approval of a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new, unused, undamaged condition.
Once we receive your item and confirmed that your item is eligible for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A 15% processing fee may be applied for certain items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase.
