This page provides instructions for authorizing your HART On CD program by email.

How To Authorize Your Program Through Email

If you are unable to call Herb Allure to authorize your program, you may authorize it by entering a "Response Code" that we send to you by email.

Just follow the steps below.

STEP #1 - Send Herb Allure A Remote Authorization Code

When you first open the HART On CD program, you will see a "Remote Authorization" window. Click the "Remote Authorization" button in the lower left of this window.

A new window appears.

In this new window, at the end of the first sentence is a Remote Authorization Code. Email this code to russ@herballure.com.

In your email, be sure to include:

• your complete name,
• your city, state/province (and country if outside the U.S.), and
• the remote authorization code.

DO NOT close the Remote Authorization window. If you do, this procedure will not work and we will have to start over.

If you need to use your computer before you receive a code from Herb Allure...

You can easily navigate to other programs on your computer by holding down the ALT key and pressing the TAB key. You can also view your "desktop" by click the "View Desktop" button on your taskbar.

STEP #2 - Enter The Response Code

We will email you an "Authorization Code" as soon as we receive your email. Copy and paste this code into the text box below the code you sent us.

Click "OK"

The program will now be authorized and ready to use.

DO NOT include any blank spaces before or after the Response Code. If you do, the code will not work and you will have to start this procedure over.
